My Account Zeaderza got hacked.. last time(27 of July) I was able to access the account. and everything was fine. but today when I tried to log in to my account I got realized that I can't do this.
After checking more details I found my account's password changed at 31 July with a Secret Question (What I remember I didn't add any secret questions)

alright. but what about recovery man?? why don't you simply reset my password instead of banning the account?

Edit: I've followed theymos's Instruction of account recovery. sent him a sign message with all necessary details.

You should arm your self with a lot of patience, admins have most likely more important things to do than recovering your account.
Keeping a good and professional tone is your friend.

The Hacker... Sadly the hacker belong to my skype friend list. he hacked my account. but when I posted this thread and reported that hack.
Cyrus(Moderator) banned my account. as you can see in above posts. and then hacker realized he can't do anything with the account because it banned now.

he sent me the secret question and answer and I reseted the password.

but the account still banned by the moderator. hope Cyrus or Theymos will open my account as soon as possible.
