Hi,I cant broadcast transaction which I created.TX id:

Written error scriptsig not push only always.I create tx where need enter script and then sign.What mean by script?scriptsig or scriptpubkey?I create with ba.net utils.How to broadcast transaction without knowing private key?

May anybody send this transaction??This 2 with different scriptsigs,I experimented with it.In insight.bitpay written error absurdly high fee,in other pushers of tx,other errors.
