I don't think this is the pump. You can pump air, but Xaurum is growing based on real, not at all fictional, gold.
If this would be a pump as you are obviously used to it in other coins, Xaurum would be at least between first 5 on coinmarketcap, but "unfortunately" they need to buy gold which is not part of the air that is backing most of the currencies.
So if you have a way to pump the gold to grow bigger please let us know  
Meanwhile you are searching for that way, read this forum and official pages and get familiar to Xaurum concept.
I'm sure you will find more than enough proof that gold and the whole project is far from fictional.
