We consider coinage to be a reflection of market demand, so new xaurum can only enter circulation by mining or minting while the price is higher than the last price of coinage, otherwise the goldpool and mints will buy from the market. This sets a short-term limit to inflation, made to effect a price gowth, while coinage of new xaurum transforms this market growth into a permanent form of value - xaurum base value stored in gold. With current variables, this means new xaurum could only be done if the market price is higher than 0.059$. Because half of the difference between the market price and base value (with density) is paid to the commonwealth and half to the miners and minters, the higher the market price the more the gold base grows and the higher the profits of miners and minters. The new Xaurum will be done with smart-contracts, so all the information will be done as events, that will be published as in-wallet notifications and will automatically change the stats in real time. This means a more transparent and effective organization of information, useful for trading.
