Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

0.015 is too much for a Member account with Poor Post Quality.
I have seen a guy selling potential Senior Member account for 0.015.
Please drop the prices otherwise no one will buy from you.

OP is probably trying to sniff out other trades for accounts not already listed which we won't know anything about (either that or to bump up the post count).
