I am currently working with a prominent start up accelerator in the space to begin rapid proto-typing a project of ours before the ICO. This will work to get closer to product/market fit.

We have validated certain problems, and now we have hypothesized features and solutions for those problems. This is where the Pre-ICO investment opportunity comes in. In the spirit of lean development.

They are willing to discount and match me for development costs because they, and I believe that we have a winner on our hands.

I've never heard of bitsapphire.

Real issue is you are only looking to raise $10k... Why can't you put $10k of your cash in? If seriously believed in it you could come up with that between family/friends.
