I agree with you 100% I was nice and since a few of us managers started the SMAS team i decided to throw away my spammer list and start anew. That meant I allowed alot of the 1st ppl who asked to join. Sadly my list is already 20 ppl long again as the ppl who didnt participate or qualify automatically hit my not allowed to be in campaigns managed by me list

if i were to read the rules i would have to say that the people that had 2 consecutive weeks of not achieving the credit status should be removed from the list and offered to others that would be more willing to participate.
while the rules are very precise and would allow for that!
fair is fair in my book!

Everyone will be paid in XAUR. The escrow is just holding 10btc in case the company was to scam. Not saying they are or anything im just saying you guys are protected

Given the fact that a potential 128000 XAURs (1280*100) could be distributed in case every participant fulfilled their requirements for the three weeks, I was wondering if you (yahoo62278) (and/or the Xaurum team) would consider splitting the remaining undistributed XAURs (due to non qualification for a week or more) between the participants depending on the number of weeks they qualified for.

the bounty of xaurum has a fix rate 1280xau or 0.1btc for 3 weeks.. this campaign is not based on shares that the member have each week..
so basically the remaining xaurum that will not distribute because of disqualified member will not be distributed to the others that accomplish the 25post per week..
it will maybe burned or sell it to the market.

but im hoping that the owner of the campaign will distribute that and serve as a bonus for accomplishing this job because he seems to be generous
to allocate 12btc funds for bounties .. and he is always fair for considering same bounty for all ranks.

If you take a look at your post history you can see that you made 22 posts in the last 8 days. 21 of them would be for the current campaign and 1 would be counted towards next weeks count. The previous weeks count is posts from july 21st-july 27th. The inforation is right in front of your eyes.

If you want to pm me and talk over this i am a fair manager.

My second week is not qualified( It was necessary to inform specific periods on the first page or googledocs. I thought counting on Sundays, and I have the time. Many did not fulfill conditions because they do not understand.
