Please send us a PM with your username and deposit address and we can help. Deposits show up within minutes of blockchain confirmation, but we've noticed that transactions without fees have been especially slow in getting confirmed lately. |

We've been consistently raising our limits and taking other steps to reduce the amount that these limits are hit, but they are still possible. When this happens you will see that message. We hate to ever limit action, but it is a necessary step to ensure that we always managing BitBook responsibly. Often when a limit is reached you can get your bet by trying back later. |

Sorry for any delay. Most of last night's events were settled automatically after event completion, but a few didn't go through. It can be common at the beginning of a new season that we have to work through a couple kinks in our auto-settler. We will continue working hard to settle events as quickly as possible. |

To be specific, "Broady vs. Kramperova" isn't seeming to be tracked in scoring but Broady won 6-1 6-0 or something and has been stuck on pending for 4 hours with no sign of the score. Thanks.

This match has now been settled. Settling some events still requires manual review which can at times take a few hours, but we will keep working hard to settle all events as quickly as possible. |
