I can't bet on Burger v. Pella, 10 mins to go. It just says we can't accept this bet right now. Why does this happen? It's happened before and it's frustrating not knowing if I'll be able to get the bet in!
Edit: I see it already started. But still listed on the site as possible to bet on. I understand why now but it's confusing.
Hey jcw, we can understand how that can be confusing. Tennis matches often start at times other than what is originally listed, and so sometimes this can occur. We can look into more effectively removing events once they are no longer available. Thanks for your understanding. |

Hey just a heads up. I believe this has already been pointed out, but still the Upcoming section and the search results for NHL shows only the Regular Time events. You may want to fix this.

Thanks piccolod. We thought a bit about the best UI for this situation. We thought it could be strange for the casual user to see the same game listed twice, but we also don't want anyone to be confused about what we are offering. We will take a look into making this clearer. |

There should be no problems, it's wallet to wallet. This is correct. If you withdraw to your BitBook deposit address the coins will be credited to your account once there is 1 blockchain confirmation. |

All matches have now been graded. We have automated grading in place for most events, but sometimes there are matches that are not auto-graded. Currently this is the case for e-sports. Events requiring manual review can sometimes take a couple hours to be settled. We'll continue to work hard to grade bets as quickly as possible, and we can look into aut0-grading for e-sports. Thanks for your patience. |

We will look into creating a better display for NHL events in search results. |
