This site has a lot of troubles.

They just classified the bet of Delpo vs Devvarman as Push when they have the following statement in the rules section:
"One full set must be completed for Money Line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all Money Line wagers will be considered void."

The first set of the match was completed with 7-6 to Devvarman.

All bets were graded based on this rule. Moneyline bets were settled, while spread and totals bets were pushed. If you believe there was an error with your grading, please send us a PM with your account name and we can look into it.

Why do you need my username? I told you already which bet it was, it should be fair to all the other people who also bet in this match, not just for me. The match ended with 13 games.

Your rules should be clearer.

The rules are actually crystal clear.  From their "rules" section:

"If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Handicap and Total Games bets will be considered void. Such wagers will be cancelled and the monies refunded."

You bet on the total games, if the game was not completed because of retirement, that bet is pushed/refunded.  What's the problem?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

OK man, but then delete the other rule on your page because it makes no sense at all.

I'm not affiliated with this, or any other book in any way.  I'm just someone who can read.

The rule isn't actually confusing at all, you just don't understand what the money line is.

The tennis rule is not confusing.  It is clear.  You gotta learn the rules before you take your complaints public.  The O/U and the spread won't count if it's not completed.  It makes perfect sense too.

Anyone have Devvarman ML though? That would have sucked to be on Del Potro ML.

They are constantly having hosting related problems. How is it possible to trust your money to people who can't provide simple, even elementary things like reliable hosting and/or hardware??? Undecided

I would like to point out that I don't have any patience. The site is still down after several hours.

How long does it take to fix a simple issue like this?

My estimate has been five hours now. If the owner wants to avoid scam allegations, he really ought to change to a more reliable host. His site was down on 1/27 and he tweeted about it. It is almost exactly one month later, but no twitter. He should also tweet about it.

Very disappointing. Just when you get to trust a sportsbook, something happens that sweeps that trust away like a fucking dandelion in a leaf blower.

What is perhaps the most frustrating is that the sportsbook owners themselves do not see the importance in the little things that build trust. Such as redundant systems, overlapping services, colocations, twitter, etc.

Five hours!!!! FIVE HOURS... That's 300 minutes; or 18,000 seconds. In an age where a bet is graded in 10 minutes, which is 600 seconds, 300 minutes is just ridiculous. This is the internet age. I would immediately cancel any contract with a host that I had signed, based on an outage such as this, regardless of how it was specified in the contract.

Five... hours... I think you get me.
