For me, gambling is a guilty pleasure, so I prefer when I am alone

If you are with friend you would generally end up losing more than winning. Since when in loss even if you would like to quite he would suggest that play and motivate you to play extra game which will turn away from you and in turn more loss unless you have strong determination to quit.

I prefer doing it alone, because I don't want anyone to see it when I lose. I think it's quite the same for many people

When I do gamble than usually I do it alone.
In fact never had an idea to do it with somebody. But lets assume for a moment that I want to do it with friends. How exactly would it look like? Except roulette there is no gambling game that can be suitable for more than one player. Hot seat method seams like a thing from the past, I imagine that it would be boring for non-playing one.
Only option would be a laptop party. Two accounts, same poker room but than, why not just play the damn game in real life? Also a thing of the past.
When alone, I prefer quiet atmosphere, good cold beer, maybe some snacks and for who knows why, night or at least darkened room. Never liked to play when its still bright, it just doesn't work Usually I dont listen to music, its a distraction.

I also prefer to gamble alone because I don't want my friends to know my statistics whether I loose or win. I just share news with them in case I make some thing someday that how much I won. When I loose I tell them less. Actually this is a personal matter so I want to keep this at me. I don't feel pressure being alone in gambling this is what I felt in the end.

this two has a different atmosphere, if i'm in a casino i would prefer playing with friends having to
enjoy the time and trying to win at same time is a great experience, and when i'm gambling in my room i would
rather play alone as i can think better than a casino full with people.

I am playing with some online friends but none of them I don't know them personally, I also like to play on online gambling sites alone, that is very painful to tell anybody how much I had lost because of my stupidity, that is the reason I prefer to play alone and don't want to get them involve.

Play alone certainly better you can make a decision without any interference
sometimes if you play with friends can affect your decisions especially if it's the wrong decision you will regret

Depends... why are you playing? if you play for "profit" I know what you mean, "concentrate" and think only in the bet.
but some times you can play also for the pleasure of the bet. So you can play just for fun, with friends, parents, girlfriends, also strange people just for fun, or try the luck.
When I was 18 years old, I have played a lot of time in a small roulette (with prize like x50 of your wager) only saturday, placed in a bar on my town.
I put 1 euro and win 50 euro! In this case I don't play for a "profit" just for fun...  was really fun the highly level of win, in fact I think I have won more than 5 times in 2 months

Im gamble with my frienda and making competition on whos gonna have bigger profits on gambling but moslty we gamble in dice site and share some working and unworking strategies that sometimes end up winning some profits.

and sometimes alone if i want to study an strategy for a certain game and want to be alone in a room so i can focused and want to absorb the learnings about what i am studying that i can apply in the next play.

I mostly like to play alone when gambling because i dont want disturbance while playing as i wanted to concentrate on the game, but when i am playing sports betting that time if i am watching the match and playing that time if friends are their then no problem as some time you can get their valuable suggestion which can give you profit

Agree and that is certainly true for gambling in the eyes of all those who have never done it would certainly give a bad view and sign against any people who do gambling. I would like to gamble with friends but my friends do not gamble. So I am forced to gamble alone online in my room alone. What I hate about it is sometimes I do not have control and tend to lose more than I should.

I am also doing gambling alone, I don't want to make force anybody to play with me and lost his money because of my wish, I care about my privacy so that I prefer to play alone on online gambling, while gambling sites have option to chat with other players so that I think it nice to play there.

It is much better to play along with friends.  People which plays at the same time with his/her friends will have better pick since they can have some collaboration on which side or team they are going to bet. Moreover, it will be more fun and exciting

I agree we need to be able to concentrate. I dont gamble with anyone because I dont want my friends involved in case they become addicted .
