BITCOIN will be reached at $1000 to $2000 in 2016 ?

I heard after the halving bitcoin will be reached at $1000 to $2000 in the end of this year.
IS IT TRUE ?
Most of the members and also my friends say that now within 2 months bitcoin price would be down and after it, bitcoin price will be increased very fast.
So i want to ask it is Right?

Yes, we will reach 1000 before December 31. 2000 also possible since the next uptrend will be very heavy. We are staying above 600 for a long time now so only way is up.

1000$ yes possible because of the popularity that has been gathered from the previous months and the halving also taking some effect more or less before the end of the year we cross our fingers out for it to reach 1000$ but 2000$ it will be hard on it but if does many of us will profit on it. good luck.

It's impossible for Bitcoin to reach $1000 this year or any other year, at least not in our life time. You missed the train. There was an innocent time when you could have made lots of money in bitcoins but those days are gone forever. Bitcoin has been ruined. It's reputation is in tatters, it's technology obsolete, it's core developers fighting each other, etc. Why would you want to pour money into a shithole?

Whenever I see this type of posts, it reminds me of 2014, when people had high hope that bitcoin will be 1000+ USD again. As a result, we went below 200 USD in January, 2015.

bitcoin prices are unpredictable even your friends say within 2 months the prices will be reach to $1000 i think they just only speculate because my thought for the highest prices in this year still $1000 below but still any chance to reach those amount and may be at 2017

If you are saying is it right? So that is a big new and also shocking new. Because my friend who is using the bitcoin since last four years, he tell me the last halving was block halving and after the halving suddenly bitcoin down, and in the end of the year bitcoin reached on the top and also he got a good profit, and as you say it is total different news.

Agreed, i also saw most of the predictions and threads about the halving, and they all were saying bitcoin might be reached at $1100, but the end of the result is total different.
So may be it will be happened in this year that suddenly bitcoin will cross $1000, if it happen so we should save our bitcoins once again for getting the profit. So let see what we have the result of this prediction.

This is just a pure speculation. Dont go with any fud and hype in crypto market. But i agree on there should be price rise after this halving just happen few days ago limiting supply and new coins. But it may take several months to show some effect on market. Atleast 1000$ per coin by end of this year could be possible.

I think it will happen this year just give a patience we feel it.. we know that the price of bitcoin will still hit low value but i think the movement of the price is fast once they their bitcoin.. i feel that the price of bitcoin will increase at december or november just like 2015..

$2,000 is three times more of the current price and to happen than in only two months is hard to believe. I personally think that this year the maximum point will be around $1k

Impossible? That is funny. Any other year would count as both in and out of our lifetime.

OP bitcoin will reach $1000 before this year is out, it could not be anymore obvious where we are headed. I couldn't put a number on the height we will reach though but for sure over 1000.

There is a very small chance for the price to hit $1000 again this year, but even if it does hit that price level, it will not hold for long. My guess for the top this year will be in the $800-$850 range at most.
