Here's how some of my players feel about his posts in my thread yet he continues to spam my thread for malicious reasons, and he's even acknowledged to me he's purposely being malicious and "attacking" me.

Hey guys,

I'm just here to testimony that this RB service has always been reliable and gave me full satisfaction.

It also saddens me to see twichy seals constantly bashing the betcoin site and this service. No doubt numbers of new players have been thrown away by his constant spamming.

@Twichy : when you don't like a company, you go to their competitors. When you're smart, that is. Apparently, you've found nothing better in life than spam the webs and spend all your time on a site you keep bashing. Get a facking life, m0r0n

Just to say that Xiao is a nice affiliate and that I never had any problems neither my sub affiliate (He rakes high values not tiny tiny low as this loosers posting).

Xiao pays the right amount on time and always answers very quickly to any doubt so I dont understand this losers that keep posting.

And yes I check if the value of rake returned is right and it is.

Betcoin pays very fast and is a nice place to play.

Wow twitchy and the other trolls have to be some of the biggest dumbest trolls on the internet. Xaio provides a service and provides it very well. He can't do anything about what you are complaining about. He has also shown himself to be of high character with regsrd to the players over and over. I guarantee I've paid more rake to betcoin than anyone here and I don't feel slighted at all. They offer the best rb and xaio is a credit to the players. Continuing to nag him about this is pointless and just makes this thread unbearable.

Yes, why you don't start your own thread instead of filling this thread with garbage.  You clearly have mental problems as many people have stated.  Start your own thread and say whatever you want.

Wow you guys need to leave Xiao the fuck alone, everything about this service is amazing.

Hey guys,

This +1.

Xiaoxiao has always been great with his service, always paid the right amount in time and responded to queries very quickly and professionally. I dont know why one or two people have made it their purpose of life to bash him and his service all day long, its quite sad to see really. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the OP, he always paid what he promised and on time (which is a LOT more that can be said about most affs) and would absolutely recommend his rakeback for Betcoin.

When a player of mine posted this:

I always been payed by this affiliate he honors his word and my win rate on betcoin is higher then any other site. It has the weakest players. I honestly think bet coin is doing a great job and I am very negative about online poker rooms in general.

He immediately quoted a review that he made over 1 year ago in an attempt to shame him.  But that was 1 year ago, so clearly that means his opinion of the poker room has changed.

never mind dont sign up on betcoin. I just talked to their customer service very unprofessional and wont answer your question about if a game freezes in a sng do we get a refund. They siad just send a ticket. Screw them all join seals. Worst customer service I have had on any poker site. And they need customers and i play daily and play poker for a living. They thought i already signed up and had money deposited on the site so decided to be snotty and rude to me.  Great customer support. Dudes name was julian i think. GG. Ty for offer though I appreciate you trying to help out poker community but im not dealing with non professional people.

And also another example of Twitchy attacking my players.  When one of my players made this comment in the SWC thread, a totally valid comment:

I can't remember the last time I played tourney on SWC tbh. Sites only good for cash games i mean why play small sngs when you can play overlays and big tourneys on betcoin/wpn.

Twitchy sarcastically assumed he was "shilly" and then used one of his alternates/co-conspirator to give him a bad feedback, the same alternate he used to give me a bad feedback after he already gave me a malicious false feedback awhile ago.

excellent point, not shilly at all

Some more of my players telling him to stop spamming my service thread and their opinions of him:

Xiao, I thought you weren't going to respond to Twitchy anymore. There's no point in arguing with this guy. Not many regs like him either cause he takes up all of supports time when we're the ones that need help....

Can you be a little less cryptic for once and explain what you mean? We aren't all off our meds and we don't all speak spergs so please specify what you mean by shorting people rakeback.

If he has Asperger's or any other mental disability, he shouldn't be in the position he's in, cause his hit or miss tactics of calling out people and businesses could really hurt someone.  His obnoxiousness and mental instability pretty much outweighs his "scam alerts."

There's more players who've spoken out about him, and people have said stuff to me in private about him which I won't post, but the reason he started to upset me was not because of his issues with Betcoin and Betsoft.  I personally believe Betsoft was incredibly unethical in the way they handled the Jasonort situation.  But he continues to attack my rakeback program by spamming the Betsoft issue and bringing up old poker room issues (that he had gotten wrong anyway).

Some evidence of Twitchy having alternates:

No, I'm leaning towards the fact that he is your alternate.  His claims are nearly identical to yours.  He supports all your posts, but either way it doesn't matter.  You've called out BtcFTW and NooBTC or something like that for doing the same thing.  Yet you do the exact same thing.

Latest posts of Cryptosmoker: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=511427;sa=showPosts

Someone that works as hard as Twitchy in his investigations but hasn't logged in for 3 days now?  I can't imagine someone that is like a clone of Twitchy but hasn't logged into the forums for 3 days now.

His actions aren't any better than the recipients of his accusations.  He abuses the little power that he's gained from sitting at the computer nearly 24/7 and calling out businesses with his hit or miss tactics.

He clearly knew that the CardsChat review of Betcoin Poker had already been removed, but he continued posting it everywhere as if it was still valid.  Anyone with common sense could see that that review was virtually gibberish.

He infers that the reason it was removed was because Betcoin bribed them, but he's got absolutely no proof.  And even if Betcoin did bribe them, that just means he's posting the review of a company that accepts bribes as if it has merit.

He assumes that just because some players are outraged at him, it is the work of Betcoin.  That is not true, the reason I began noticing him was because he continued to spam my thread, and lately with casino related issues that has nothing to do with my rakeback service nor the poker room.

PS: There's a lot more cases in the past where Twitchy had been adamant that he's correct and it turned out that his assumption was wrong.

I've never said "Betcoin is #1".  You know that.  I've said that Betcoin is the largest bitcoin poker room before because it is currently.  So if that is what you mean, okay.

Also please man, you know what I meant.  What I meant is that you abuse the little power and reputation that you've gained in the past.

He thinks because he refunds the commission he makes from poker, it makes any non-poker related issues irrelevant.

Even though obviously his personal income from the project is almost entirely from casino and sports commision. (He keeps all that, shhh it's a secret though)

Also, there are serious issues with how they run their poker room that Xiao plays dumb on.

Let's keep the car in the road here. This isn't about, nor has it ever been about any one particular person's reputation, character, thoughts, opinions, etc. This isn't about the jasonort issue, this isn't about xiao, and this isn't about twitchy. This is a campaign for the greater good of everyone who plays unregulated bitcoin poker or casinos. This is a campaign for transparency, a campaign for righteousness. Just because there is no central regulatory authority on any of this stuff, doesn't mean people, ideas, or the truth need to be disregarded whenever it is convenient for profit margins. I like Betcoin poker. There have been some issues during the 18 months I have used their site, but for the most part they have been handled eventually.

Two issues in particular stick out to me though, the overake issue from Oct. 30-Dec. 11, and the Betsoft casino debacle recently. I had to campaign for nearly 5 months, mostly just myself and twitchy, while some threw tar at me and others threw feathers. In the end, Betcoin finally chose to publicly acknowledge that the issue occurred and gave me credit for bringing it to their attention. The problem was, not everyone who was overcharged reads the forum and ever even knew it happened, and probably still don't know. This is not ethical. Betcoin invited everyone to submit their play for review for a refund, but also at the same time, discouraged them from doing so by threatening to charge them money if it was found that they weren't overcharged. Eventually, 95% of players opted for the free daily coin ticket handout rather than risking asking for a review and being charged, this was not acceptable.
Then there is this Betsoft debacle. Betcoin staff member plo8monster responded "yes" when I asked if he had reason to believe that the casinolistings.com study was altered, or that the findings had been altered. Basically, the only way that Betcoin can move forward with Betsoft as a provider is by saying that all the mounds of evidence against them is fraudulent, and it appears this is the course they could be taking, this also is not acceptable.

Back to twitchy and his reputation, though. Twitchy has not, and does not come half-cocked with accusations. He does his homework thoroughly, and presents relevant information to the people most affected. He does this for free, and on his own time. He has absolutely nothing to gain from the rise or fall of Betcoin. Accusing him of fabricating information to take down Betcoin is ridiculous.

OP why dont you FUCK OFF already?

Hi Members of the BetcoinRakeback.com 40-150% extra rakeback program.  Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683727.0

First of all I'd like to thank all of you for taking advantage of this profitable program.  It has allowed many of you to consistently profit in the poker room.

However, as some of you may know, user 'TwitchySeal' aka 'OHYEAH' has been determined to libel this RB service.  Some of you have already expressed your outrage towards his behavior/spam in my thread and have complained to me about him.  Basically, he has a vendetta against Betcoin management and he's willing to attack anyone associated with Betcoin from affiliates to players.  A lot of times his intentions may seem good and they are (when he fairly calls out sites for irrational decisions), but he has ulterior motives which are ego-driven.  He uses alternate accounts and has co-conspirators to accomplish his goals.  And furthermore, he is a highly confrontational and impatient person.  His behavior in our service thread confuses newcomers and makes them afraid to take advantage of this program, and they end up playing else where paying a lot higher rake.  Betcoin Poker is a blossoming poker environment with a community where both players and live support can police the tables nearly 24/7 and can call out questionable plays such as collusion or bots in the forums/chat; no other poker establishment has this.

Though I don't always agree with the decisions and viewpoints of Betcoin management, I can assure you that they are not 'scammers.'  Scammers cannot get this far in the gaming world and have the connections they have (WPN software/membership, Casino providers, Sportsbook providers).  Having spoken to them many times I know they are well-funded.  In fact they own several other small licensed online gaming establishments but for anonymity's sake haven't divulged the exact ownership.

I can assure you they're goal is creating a good poker room, but they were very inexperienced with online poker management and have been steadily learning.  I am asking you as your loyal affiliate if you could please give some feedback in my thread to let new users know how rewarding this program can be, so that this program can grow, and in turn it will help the poker room grow so we could all reap the rewards.

Sincerely,
Xiao

Hi,

I see since my last post you've changed the topic from

"[Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Reputation with Hit or Miss accusations, etc"

to

"[Beware] TwitchySeal: Abuses his Rep, replies to his own posts with alts, etc"

Could you please explain why?

I don't know what you mean by "abuses his rep" or "etc" but I do not reply to my own post with alts.

Hey Twitchy nice job.
Seriously, I thought this thread would just be like all the others with betcoin supporters pretending to be even dumber than they actually are.  Nice surprise.

Well I guess Lauda wasnt technically a betcoin supporter.  Guess thats why it ended ok.

Yep I can confirm the cryptosmoker is twitchyseal. Right after i posted on swc thread he gave me a neg feedback with cryptosmoker. Dudes unreal.

It's hard to believe a watchdog such as cryptosmoker, whose posts are nearly identical as TwitchySeal's posts, has yet to login since I created this thread.

Hey guy, I am not a scammer.  I was a reputable member before I started the rakeback service.  Betcoin is not a scam either.  Just because of one problem with a facet of the casino (one type of slot machine) not does equate to the entire site being a "scam" and extend to the poker room.  If I suspected Betcoin was a scam, I would NOT have began working with them a few years ago.

I manage a high rakeback service for the poker room of which hundreds of players have relied on for years.  For many its enabled them to have a solid income.  Now I apologize for lashing out and saying you are 'Twitchy'.  TwitchySeal isn't just a one man party.  He admittedly said he has co-conspirators.

So now you are?  Roll Eyes

Just because of one problem with a facet of the casino (one type of slot machine) not does equate to the entire site being a "scam" and extend to the poker room.
And what of these problems? I think Betcoin has proven many times that if they can not find a way to weasel out of a problem, then they will ignore it.

If I suspected Betcoin was a scam, I would NOT have began working with them a few years ago.
A site might start off legitimately, but it could always start turning more and more scammy. You may have begun working with good intentions, but money can change that.

Now I apologize for lashing out and saying you are 'Twitchy'.  TwitchySeal isn't just a one man party.  He admittedly said he has co-conspirators.
Reference and relevance? If he has a "team" or something similar, what does that have to do with anything? It helps with efficiency, and uncovering all the things that Betcoin has done.

I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.

Due to your emotional instability, you're biased in the way you examine businesses.  For example, SWC is on that blacklist from CardsChat, why don't you continually post a screenshot of that in the SWC Poker thread to deter people from joining their poker room?  I'm not disrespecting SWC Poker.  I think it's a great poker environment, and I definitely recommend people to play on SWC as well.

A player of mine 'nubitcoinerr' stated that SWC Poker's tournaments are weaker than Betcoin's tournaments, but you called him "shilly", then immediately afterwards Cryptosmoker gives him a bad feedback saying he's a Betcoin shill.

Cryptosmoker's posts are clones of your posts.  If Cryptosmoker isn't your alternate, then he's your co-conspirator, which you've nearly admitted saying something like (and I'm paraphrasing) "not my alt, maybe my co-conspirator".  Either way it doesn't even matter if he's your alternate or your co-conspirator, but he isn't a random person that just so supports everything that you say.

The SWC thread is a place where players discuss SWC.
Your thread is to get people to sign up for Betcoin with your affiliate link.

SWC does have it's issues right now, but they do not compare to the incredible lack of integrity Betcoin consistantly demonstrates.

Betcoin is the reason many online poker players don't bother with Bitcoin in general.  Go over to twoplustwo and ask people what they think of Betcoin in the WPN sub-forum if you don't believe me.

A player of mine 'nubitcoinerr' stated that SWC Poker's tournaments are weaker than Betcoin's tournaments
Actually he asked why anyone would play at SWC when they could play on Betcoin instead.
but you called him "shilly",
Yes, I did.  His post was very "shilly".  (Yes, I made that word up also)
then immediately afterwards Cryptosmoker gives him a bad feedback saying he's a Betcoin shill.
Perhaps cryptosmoker read the same post I did.
Cryptosmoker's posts are clones of your posts.
No, they are not.
If Cryptosmoker isn't your alternate, then he's your co-conspirator, which you've nearly admitted saying something like (and I'm paraphrasing) "not my alt, maybe my co-conspirator".
I've had private conversations with cryptosmoker via pm.  Not that it's any of your business.
Either way it doesn't even matter if he's your alternate or your co-conspirator, but he isn't a random person that just so supports everything that you say.
I suspect several of "your players" are actually you or Betcoin staff, but I don't have enough evidence to make any accusations so I don't.

I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.

I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.

I agree with the op.  Twitchyseal also photoshops inaccurate information over accurate information, takes things out of context, and  is a notorious multi-accounter.  I haven't spoken up sooner because I believed the poor guy was just mentally ill, but I now suspect he's a paid shill working for competitive casinos.  I can't prove my suspicions, but the evidence is accumulating.

You're taking the the literal definition of "multi-accounter" and trying to imply I am an online poker cheater.  A pathetic attempt to defend Betcoins reputation.  I've never been banned or "kicked off" any site other than Betcoin.  Betcoin banned me for continually posting questions they don't want to answer or facts they don't want to be known.

Twitchy, multi-accounting on poker sites is considered a bad thing within the poker community.  You know that to be true....it's not allowed and whoever gets caught gets banned and their careers are affected.  It's serious stuff.

See what the community thinks about it here.  Look what they're saying about Dusty (leatherass) and he wasn't even directly involved....

Where is jasonnort? Is he still complaining about what happened between him and Betcoin.ag?
Was it settled already?
Not siding to Betcoin.ag TwitchySeal but, may I ask what action do you want Betcoin.ag to do so this will stop.
If it has been settled, what do you intent to accomplish with doing this attacks on Betcoin.ag
Again I'm not siding with Betcoin.ag here may answering those might help this to be resolved

This was never about jasonnort, if it was, he would be here making claims, and not a bunch of cryptogames staff using his solved case to try to get rid of their competition.

Bunch of cryptogames staff?  wtf?

Here's jasonorts lates post here:

Betcoin.ag has just erased my entire post on their forums.  I gave them every opportunity to explain their side of this.  I did not throw them under the bus.  I was civil.  And now they erase my post and just expect me to disappear?  Game on.

He donated money to a freeroll to thank people for supporting him.  It was scheduled to be July 24th.  They have just been ignoring him for past 2 weeks or so.

Xiaoxiao is too desperate to refer everyone to Betcoin.ag that he constantly sends this pm everyday. I dont understand why moderators are not banning Xiaoxiao yet? I will pm Cyrus about these annoying pms.
Disgusting shit! Angry

Hi Members of the RB service,

I just wanted to let you know that the BetcoinRakeback.com login and referral service is now live!  You will be able to manage your rakeback stats and referrals.

Once you create your account that corresponds to your current Poker Room login name, you will see a referral box like this:

https://i.gyazo.com/fba49a387de61fab95e028981c336f56.png

Simply give this link to a friend and they will be tracked to you, and they will be receiving 50-140% rakeback, and you will be getting 5% of their NET RAKE.  This is the best referral system in all of online poker, because players put in such high volume on this program.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me here or via support@betcoinrakeback.com.

Take care!

Maybe because they are members of MY SERVICE and they've pm'd me first regarding their sign up?  I've only sent this ONCE to MY MEMBERS.  Thanks for changing topic though.

Let's talk about something relevant, that Twitchy is the prime suspect for the constant DDOS at Betcoin (thankfully it can't affect actual games).

Regarding me being Cryptosmoker and replying to my own posts/Abusing my rep you haven't responded.

Quote
I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.

I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.

I will continue to address each and every accusation you make against me.

I am the #1 suspect for ddos attacks that don't have any effect on the site because ajunftd posted skype logs with someone impersonating me in this thread:

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

Many regular players did not buy this guys story immediately.  Check out the comments and see for yourself.

The OP is the same guy who started this thread a couple weeks ago:

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

There was no space where there should have been in the images and a "y" missing from my name in the text transcript.

betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-offered-me-money-instagram-lie-about-betcoin

He later admitted in chat that betcoin paid him BTC2 (2,000 chips) to make the post (which was copy/pasted by andrew)

Xiao, will you have a reasonable conversation about this?  Where you address my responses as I have addressed your points?

I never mentioned this user Aftund nor do I hold what he says with validity as he's shown a lot of inconsistencies.  My point is that YOU are unreasonable and irrational with the way you attack, bother, annoy, and troll.  Furthermore you attack people for having connections to your enemy.  You use guerrilla warfare tactics in the forums, which makes you extremely confrontational and disrespectful to those that shouldn't be your enemy.

I'm addressing your accusations directly. In your opinion, what do you think the chances are that I have ever ddos attacked Betcoin?

I understand you don't approve of how I handle whart I consider "serious issues" with Betcoin.  However, most or all of what you've accused my with in this thread I am 100% innocent of.  Furthermore, Betcoin has gone out of their way to fabricate the evidence you are using to attack me with.

I have not fabricated anything.  I have been honest.

Ask me anything reasonable, I will answer it directly.

Known multi-accounter, liar, DDOS'er, shill, and troll.  Absolutely avoid playing in any poker rooms this player frequents.  Also known to lose all his money on the tables then return to make baseless accusations.  Affiliates and vouches for an advertised thief:

I'd trust a "known" liar with EVIDENCE then a paid shill that advertises a company known to change the TOS without changing the time stamps, steal rakes, and didn't want to pay out the FULL value of the jackpot(instead of forcing the winner into a settlement for less money then he won), but that's just me.

See....You're listening to twitchy.  jasonort didn't win the jackpot like twitchy claims.  The jackpot could only be won on a spin that contributed to the jackpot but jasonort hit his combination on a "freespin" which doesn't contribute to the jackpot.  However, Betsoft gave jasonort something anyway because of the confusion, but the terms clearly stated that only a "maxbet spin" qualifies for the jackpot...the added language was subsequently put in place to add clarification to the rules to avoid future misinterpretations.  And, that clarification was added only AFTER jasonort's claim had been recorded, not before....Betsoft didn't actually have to give jasonort anything because "maxbet spin" does not equal "freespin," as only  a "maxbet spin" adds to the prize pool and a "freespin"does not.   Twitchyseal manipulated the information to swing public opinion in a direction that conformed to his own agenda and, I might add, into a direction that could jeopardize jasonort's settlement, which is wrong again.  I will always be on the player's side, but what twitchy is doing goes against honest players because misinformation hurts the industry.

And where did the rules say that freespins don't contribute to the jackpot? The only rule pertaining to that jackpot was "5 yachts icons on max bet wins jackpot." nothing about freespins. Also, want to address the other concerns as well?

And where did the rules say that freespins don't contribute to the jackpot? The only rule pertaining to that jackpot was "5 yachts icons on max bet wins jackpot." nothing about freespins. Also, want to address the other concerns as well?

Here: "5 yachts icons on max bet wins jackpot."  "Free spin" does not translate to "max bet spin" under common translation. "Free bet" does not equal "maximum bet" if translated under common usage rules.  However, jasonort did have an extended argument but I don't think it would have held because the intent of the jackpot was coded into the programming of the software. Now, if the jackpot had fallen and they didn't pay under the same logic, then there would have been a strong case in jasonort's favor.  The jackpot didn't fall so that demonstrates that "max bet spin" was never meant to be interpreted as"free spin."  There are all kinds of other "legal" reasons why spins are classified into those that contribute to the jackpot and those that do not contribute jackpot, related to tax law, which goes into quite a bit more detail, but the truth of the matter is that this event was not as black and white as the shills would portray it to be.

Question: "And where did the rules say that freespins don't contribute to the jackpot?" Answer:  The way the progressive jackpot is built is that for every maximum size bet, a percentage of that wager is contributed to the jackpot; however, a "free spin" is a free bet. Therefore, it's a zero wagered spin, and any contributing percentage of a zero wagered spin contributes nothing to the jackpot.  It doesn't need to be stated because it is inherently included in the definitions of the terms "free" and "max."

Mathematical Example (Hyperbole):  Say you bought a ticket from a lottery provider for a 100 bucks so the prize pool becomes 100 bucks.  Now, say that same lottery provider gave a million other tickets, to that same lottery, away for free.  The prize pool is still 100 bucks, but now your chance of winning are a million to one....would that be fair?  The same logic applies to the "freespins" scenario above.  It wouldn't be fair to the progressive jackpot player pool base if non contributing wagers were included in the event because they would change the probability of that event in a negative manner.

EDIT:

The other concerns that twichy refers to have all been resolved and the players have been compensated long ago in various manners....but twitchy keeps misrepresenting those facts by bringing them up as unresolved matters.  The funny thing is that the players who play at Betcoin.ag are satisfied with the resolutions, even jasonort....the only people who are not satisfied are those who own, endorse, or shill for other casinos.  WHY?  because Betcoin.ag is a quickly growing brand which is cornering the bitcoin market and the competitors want to stop them so that they might increase their own revenue.

That's about a post he posted on the Betcoin.ag thread which he requested not be politicized on this forum.  You can find the post there....Somehow the content of that post was snipped and brought here to be politicized against jasonort's wishes, which unlike TwitchySeal, we should all respect.

You mean to say that

Betcoin.ag has just erased my entire post on their forums.  I gave them every opportunity to explain their side of this.  I did not throw them under the bus.  I was civil.  And now they erase my post and just expect me to disappear?  Game on.

has no relevance whatsoever and you're completely ignoring that? Don't focus on Twitchy's post. Focus on jasonort's post.

They put it back up....they removed it because it was being used to politicize the settlement against jasonort's wishes but they put it back up after his dissatisfaction....They were actually trying to protect jasonort's interests there.  And, I am not ignoring it; I follow all the developments very closely; if you follow the thread of that citation you'll see that I provide my input there also....as far as focusing on Twitchy, I'm trying to stay on topic here.  TwitchySeal, took information that jasonort didn't want to be exposed on this thread and he twisted the facts to meet his agenda....that's all.

They put it back up after several players complained.  They locked the thread so it would not be seen on "recent activity" if players wanted to discuss it.

I shared the information with jasons permission almost two weeks after jason created the thread.

In greedygoblins, a betsoft progressive slot, it's implied that the jackpot can be won, but not multiplied during freespins.  If the jackpot could not be won, it would say "Note: Jackpot can not be won during freespins".  Instead it says "Note: Jackpot can not be multiplied".

There are plenty of progressive jackpots that can be won during freespins in games from other providers.  It's ridiculous to assume "it's a freespin so jackpots can not be won" is something players should just "know".  The freespins aren't even technically "free" .  You can't win them without wagering.

Now, I'm not saying that jasonort didn't have an argument with his interpretation of the rules because he did, but then again, he did get something for the confusion....but he would have lost in court because the software was not designed to pay on a freespin, whether that was stated or not...."free" and "max" have completely opposite definitions, and any educated jury would have to agree to that fact.

I agree, you should assume you can't win the progressive jackpot on any machine without playing.

The point is that if the jackpot was designed to be won on a freespin, then the jackpot would have dropped on the freespin, but it was not even coded into the software so it couldn't have dropped.  If it would have dropped and they didn't pay based on their interpretation then that would have been a problem....there's case law on just that point.
The point is, all evidence points to the fact that this jackpot can not be won and Betcoin knows it.

And the references about multiplying the jackpot has nothing to do with freespins...
What makes you think so?

It doesn't say that a jackpot can't be won if you don't play either, but you can assume that you can't win the jackpot if you don't play.

It states that "jackpot cannot be multiplied."  Note that there are in game multipliers and a 2X's gambling feature.  Also note that it is set off in red font to differentiate it from the above paragraph.  And, then ask yourself, "Does 'jackpot cannot be multiplied' state that the jackpot can be won during freespins or is that something that I am fabricating up based on assumption?"  Also note that if the jackpot cannot be won during the feature then it also cannot be multiplied by the feature....

See, it takes great leaps in logic to reach your conclusions.  And, it is untruth to say that Betsoft progressives cannot be won....Betsoft progressives have been won on numerous occasions.

EDIT: Having said the above, I might add that the game illustrated above is not even the same game jasonort played....This is just another misinformation tactic, like the photo shopped images, constant trolling, multiple account generation, shill recruiting, and the various other misinformation techniques practiced by your group.

Red=cjmoles
Bold = my response to red

Please provide evidence of me multi-accounting on any site other than to use the forum/chat on Betcoin.  Betcoin.ag

Multi-accounting infers something much more serious than creating an account to post on a forum or chat.  We both know that.  You are trying to make me out to be a cheater. I'm not.

Please provide evidence of me lying about anything. Not only have you photo shopped misinformation over a screen shot that I personally posted, but you've also said that betcoin.ag pays me to bash on you....LOL....those are lies!
We both know when I added "lutpin must die" over and over again to your screen shot of you researching lutpin after you went off on him was not taken seriously by anyone.  It was a joke at your expense.  Like the "Twitchy is a multi-accounter" thing, you're just twitsting reality to make me look bad

Please provide evidence of me shilling.  Just look at your posts about about needing more traffic in the SwC thread.

What post or posts are you talking about?  Do you consider yourself a shill?  What is your definition of shill?

Losing all my money?  wtf are you talking about?  This whole thing started after you had a bad week during the Million Dollar Sunday and wanted to know why you didn't receive as many comps as you thought you deserved for the WPN tourneys that you blew your wad in!

You really think it makes sense to conclude that since I didn't cash in a $500 mtt I must have "blew my wad"?  I've been a professional poker player for nearly three years now.  If I were anywhere near broke I wouldn't be firing multiple bullets into $500 online tourneys.

Affiliate and vouches for who?  I'm not an affiliate for any site.  You affiliate yourself with game-protect and endorse him by giving him positive trust.....look at the reference above.

I do not affiliate myself with Games-Direct.  I left him positive trust for sharing information that helps hold sites accountable.  It has nothing to do with his site, which I have never recommended anyone use.

There have been numerous Betsoft Progressive Jackpots won and it is an untruth to say that they haven't been won.  And, there is no way Betsoft could've gotten into their software and changed the coding to reverse the Progressive Jackpot from falling after the combination was hit on a freespin if freespins qualified for the jackpot.  It didn't fall so obviously it wasn't coded to fall.  So, as demonstrated in the code "free" was never intended to be synonymous with "max," even if we ignored the standard definitions of the two terms.  If I only said, "I'm charging the maximum amount for this car" that doesn't mean that I have to give the car away for free because I DIDN'T specifically say maximum amount doesn't equal free amount.  max bet != freebet under any common usage tests, no matter how it's manipulated.

And, a shill is somebody who tries to manipulate people, deceptively, to guide them to gamble with whom the shill holds an interest.

CJ; what about the fact that betcoin was caught changing the TOS without notifying the players and changing the time stamp? Want to answer that?

CJ; what about the fact that betcoin was caught changing the TOS without notifying the players and changing the time stamp? Want to answer that?

Jasonort's complaint had already been recorded and was being negotiated. He was claiming that he should'v won the jackpot because it wasn't stated that "free spin" did not equal "maximum bet spin" as an extension of a bonus round.  Betsoft clarified the rules to avoid further misinterpretations in the future and Betcoin had to amend the terms on their site because they are using the Betsoft software who wrote the code and pays the jackpot.  It would have been irresponsible not to clarify the terms....If the jackpot cannot be won on a "free spin," then it is only right to specify that point for the players who don't realize it.  In fact, it would have been wrong if they didn't clarify the rules after the conflict had been presented.  If the rules were not clarified, then people who don't understand the difference between "free" and "maximum" would still think that "free spins" qualify under the only "max bet wager" qualifies rule, by extension, when they actually don't.  All of it is coded into the software....if "free spins" did qualify as a maximum bet, then the jackpot would've dropped because it would've been coded into the software....but it wasn't coded into the software because free spins don't qualify, so the jackpot didn't drop. The rules were clarified to avoid future misinterpretations.  And, whoever said Betcoin changed the timestamp is lying because the opposite was true....they completely overlooked the timestamp.

Free spins don't qualify as a maxim bet wager and they never qualified as a maximum bet wager.  The rules were not changed; they were clarified for those who didn't understand them which was the right thing to do, not the wrong thing to do.

Do you also believe that the rules were clear enough to avoid clarifying that point?  Should they have left them the way they were or does it help to have them clarified?

1)  "Greedy Goblins" is not the game in question as you are claiming; the game in question is called, "The Glam Life."

2)  You are right....the jackpot cannot be won on "The Glam Life" during free spins because free spins do not qualify as max bet wagers as stated in the game's rules and coded into the software.

3)  Jumping from the rules as stated in one game, re-interpreting them to fit your argument, and then applying that interpretation to a totally different game with a different set of conditions IS a great leap in logic.

This thread is the "Beware of TwitchySeal" thread and I'm trying to keep my response to Xiao from getting buried.  Who know's, maybe he will respond?

I've responded to your JasonOrt jackpot posts here

Regarding me being Cryptosmoker and replying to my own posts/Abusing my rep you haven't responded.

I've denied your accusation.  Please revise your factual assertions about me or explain why they should be considered factual.

I'm still failing to understand how you could think I am abusing my rep.

I am the #1 suspect for ddos attacks that don't have any effect on the site because ajunftd posted skype logs with someone impersonating me in this thread:

I understand you don't approve of how I handle what I consider "serious issues" with Betcoin.

I understand you don't like when I respond to your threads, but as long as you keep spamming promos and praise for Betcoin (and don't lock the thread), I'm going to keep responding to make sure the new sign ups you're targeting or anyone else is informed.

I understand you don't approve of how I handle what I consider "serious issues" with Betcoin.

I understand you don't like when I respond to your threads, but as long as you keep spamming promos and praise for Betcoin (and don't lock the thread), I'm going to keep responding to make sure the new sign ups you're targeting or anyone else is informed.

I've already responded to you in my altcoin thread that you spammed.  What I posted just shows you're a prime suspect based on the chat room.  I've already talked to Betcoin about Ajundftd.  They had no involvement in his accusations or the pics he's posted.  He has tendencies to make rogue claims based on what I've seen.

Irregardless, just because you're not the culprit of the recent DDOS doesn't mean you're not disrespectful or inconsistent with your "scam alerts".  You hold vendetta's and use guerrilla tactics by attacking everyone related to your enemy.

This thread is the "Beware of TwitchySeal" thread and I'm trying to keep my response to Xiao from getting buried.  Who know's, maybe he will respond?

Thank you for responding.  So, you don't think I am the ddos attacker, right?  Just to be clear.

I'd also like to point out a couple things from your chat.

1) blingbling911 knows it was not me.  I assume he was asking because he doesn't think most people really I am the ddos attacker either.

2) I know who ThatsMean is on here, and I assume you do also.  The guy hates me and goes off on anyone who speaks ill of betcoin.  Xiao can confirm this quote is from ThatsMean which should put things in perspective:
Quote
Also dooglus pulled one of the biggest scams in btc history with the justdice fiasco.  So LOL at being a "top trusted member"

3) Michigan1 is a well known scammer who get paid off by betcoin regularly despite his constant scamming of other players and betcoin.  He's been caught cheating and and not banned.  One time he even lied to support about missing 1400 chips he won in jackpot and created a scam accusation thread on btctalk with a screen shot in play money mode. Betcoin decided to pay him 500 chips to delete his post on this forum anyway

It's obvious to anyone that ajund is simply trying to get as much as he can out of Betcoin and has no problem lying about them or anyone.

I don't know for sure if they explicitly told him what to say about me.  But somehow he got it in his head that trashing me would make them happy.

This is the second post he's made about me with 100% fabricated chat logs that had absolutely nothing to do with:

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

After he posted the thread, Betcoin went back and edited his post to embed the images of the fake chat log.

In the comments, you can see other players pointing out that it must be fake because:

A)On my real skype account (i no longer use skype) there is a space between Twitchy and Seal, but not in the screenshot.

B)Typo

Betcoin was aware of all the information above and not only did they leave the forum up and paste quotes of it in chat (which you used as a reference)

They also accused me of being the ddos attacker on this forum quoting the fake logs!

From their sig campaign thread: (now locked so unable to quote directly)

In response to a number of you who have asked about negative trust and still being a member of the Betcoin campaign, we have clearly learned that trust ratings are completely irrelevant here and you will not be removed from being a member of the Betcoin.  To that end we will be opening this campaign up to members that have received negative trust for dubious reasons ie: negative trust given by untrustworthy members of the community.

Also, for those of you that actually think TwitchySeal is trustworthy or noble enjoy the following article:

Highlights stated by TwitchySeal:

When talking about Betcoin "you might have to mix lies with the truth" in order to discredit Betcoin

TwitchySeal: Let’s try to spam the player chat from our different accounts today

TwitchySeal: Just tell players it’s a scam. Try to get 1 on 1 contact and bring them into individual chats on Skype. We’ll tell them about SWCPoker (We don't believe SWC is involved)

Twitchyseal intentionally DDoSes Betcoin:
TwitchySeal: Savage what’s the update on RouterSlap? (DDoS service)
Savage Coin 6: It's working but we're gonna need a new alternative soon
TwitchySeal: Okay make sure you pay the RouterSlap people

Fortunately most of you are so much smarter than this which has enable us to continue to grow and provide a great service.  Stage 9 coming soon!

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

Consdering all of the above, do you think it's possible they asked ajundftd to create the thread?

This is one of many examples of why whenever I see someone promote Betcoin as a great site because they offer WPN tourneys or fast withdraws, I feel obligated to try and make sure anyone who reads it is informed of their history and reputation.

My point in explaining the root of the whole "TwitchySeal is a ddoser" thing is to show that you are either being manipulated by Betcoin or intentionally spreading lies about me.

Betcoin is currently untrusted and had their bid to advertise on this forum rejected by Theymos due to negative reputation.
Beginning this week, members who promote Betcoin will likely receive negative trust for doing so.
Go watch their forum and chat room if you're interested in reading about payout delays and other issues with sportsbook.  Read their trust feedback if you want to know what a scummy site they are in general.
How about players that DDOS other sites and other people's connections get negative trust?  Stop DDOS'ing people dude.

I've already explained where my anger and frustration came from.  I didn't read most of what you wrote.  However there is another thing that I'm sure you may be aware of, which is that a manager has stated that part of the DDOS attack came from a close associate of yours.  If that is true, than I'm sure you should know about it.  If it's not true than please ignore.  Also I'm not dumb enough or morally corrupt to spread lies about someone.

BTW- ajundftd does go rogue when it comes to photo shopping. He's done it towards other users and Betcoin as well based on what I've seen.

@xiao, will you please read what I wrote.

they blamed ungod for the DDOS attack as well as me.   I think this may be what the manager was referring too.

I haven't spoken to ungod since I quit using Skype but I would bet everything had on th e fact he has absolutely nothing to do with any DDOS attack against anyone.

read what I wrote above, you will see why you should not trust what betcoin management tells you. especially if it has anything to do with me.

I'm sure people can tell.  But, thanks for posting.

There are laws against Stalking/Harassing/Defaming, etc that applies to online as well.

You might want to pursue that route, instead of forum posts?

I never got a chance to respond to his allegation when he posted it in the now-locked rackback thread, here:
  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683727.msg14433154#msg14433154

He wrote:

Quote
Remember that one time that money was "scammed" and cashed out from your hot wallet without review and then you stole it from your investors? Maybe that's the scam I'm talking about. If I remember right it was 6 figures of btc. I was an investor and I did not get a dime back. But good fairy tale story therr dooglus...

He's talking about a time near the start of Just-Dice where a big investor/player requested a withdrawal of 1300 BTC. That was more than was in the hot wallet so I processed the withdrawal manually from the cold wallet, but forgot to debit his account, so there was still 1300 BTC in his balance that didn't correspond to actually existing Bitcoins. Over the following hours while I was sleeping those 1300 BTC were lost to the site. At first I was going to take the loss myself, and pay the 1300 BTC out of my own pocket to make the site whole again. But a group of investors convinced me to roll back the bets that were made with the 1300 BTC that didn't correspond to real coins, so that's what I did.

The net result for investors was that the 1300 'fake' BTC was split between them, and then it was taken back away from them again. No investor lost anything as a result, and a few were sneaky enough to withdraw their windfall before I rolled back the fake bets. They got to keep their bonus coins, which I paid for out of my own pocket.

A mostly accurate story about this whole situation hit coindesk not long after it happened:

I think he is doing whatever he can to "get his coins back",  even if it means spreading lies about Twitchy and others. We saw a similar thing recently with JasonOrt (the big jackpot winner) - it was pretty clear that he was pressured into saying nice things about betcoin in order to get some small part of what he was owed.

Jasonort didn't win the jackpot....jasonort's claim was that he should have won the jackpot because it wasn't clarified anywhere that "freespin" wasn't equivalent to "maxbet spin" on a bonus round.  If the jackpot was won, it would have dropped....it didn't because "freespin" does not equal "max bet" in the coding.  Claiming that he did win it is a misrepresentation of the facts because the argument was that he should have won it because it wasn't explained that "freespins" didn't qualify as a "max bet."  Try to think about this objectively: what if there was a similar instance in one of the games at moneypot where a player claimed he should have won the jackpot because the rules were ambiguous....should the investors pay the player anyway based on the player's subjective interpretation, even though the event wasn't coded into the software?  If the terms were ambiguous enough to create conflict, should the moneypot investors request the terms be clarified to avoid similar conflicts in the future?  Either way one slices it...."free" and "maximum" are antonyms and not synonyms....so the interpretation was more of a reach than not.

Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)....that's deception.  He also photo-shops images....that's also deception....he consistently trolls and manipulates the facts to meet his agenda.  Are we trying to be truthful and objective here or are we bandwagoning to suit our interests?

I disagree with most of the things you wrote there. I could go through and reply line by line but I've seen others attempt to do that and it doesn't work out well.

I'll dip my toe in the water with your most obvious incorrect statement:

> "free" and "maximum" are antonyms

The antonym of "maximum" is "minimum". You really cannot believe that those two words are antonyms. Can you?

Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)....that's deception.  He also photo-shops images....that's also deception....he consistently trolls and manipulates the facts to meet his agenda.  Are we trying to be truthful and objective here or are we bandwagoning to suit our interests?

I don't think Twitchy ever claimed that the rules for one game were the rules for another game. If he did, perhaps you could quote the post where he did so. Making all these accusations with nothing to back them up adds nothing to the argument. You say he multi-accounts, he says "only to chat and post", you let the thread drop, but go back to accusing him of multi-accounting. It's the same with each of your accusations. You accuse, he defends, you ignore his defense and go back to step 1. Try harder.

I've had good experiences with betcoin. I'm something like 10 BTC up there and didn't have any trouble withdrawing my winnings.

I've also had bad experiences with betcoin. Their customer support is among the worst I have ever experienced. Tickets go ignored for months at a time.

@OP

I'm sure people can tell.  But, thanks for posting.

There are laws against Stalking/Harassing/Defaming, etc that applies to online as well.

You might want to pursue that route, instead of forum posts?

Who exactly should he sue? The anonymous Betcoin or the anonymous Xiaoxiao or the anonymous cjmoles?

cjmoles is likely someone from Betcoin directly:

- He persistently spreads lies and defends Betcoin

- His posts are usually large, but someone who just want to get paid, would try to make shorter posts, just to get the money

- He persistently attacks accounts calling out the truth about the Betcoin scam

Would be not surprised if Xiaoxiao is as well deeper connected to Betcoin. He is the only up to 133% rakeback affiliate here on bitcointalk. But usually other people would do the same, especially if you consider that they have an army of over 50 promoters. But affiliate would be unike more lucrative, especially for lie experts like cjmoles.

So why only one affiliate?

In  the Full Flush Poker scam, How Quaint/kahntrutahn, who has deeper ties with this scam, is also the only one who is allowed for P2P transfers, so he can buy balances for cheap.

Xiaoxiao has also the same behaviour like cjmoles and he also log threads like Betcoin do...

The antonym of "maximum" is "minimum". You really cannot believe that those two words are antonyms. Can you?

Words have more than one definition and they also have more than one antonym.  "Free" when used in the monetary sense, as in "freespin" means not costly, minimum fee, or zero wager.  "Maximum" when used in the monetary sense, as in "maxbet spin," means most costly, maximum fee, or absolute wager.  So, yes, I do believe that "maxbet spin" and "freespin" have opposite meanings and, therefore, they are antonyms and not synonyms.

I don't think Twitchy ever claimed that the rules for one game were the rules for another game. If he did, perhaps you could quote the post where he did so.

This is what I said: "Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)."  And here is the proof: https://bitcointalk.org/index.phptopic=1517648.msg15315404#msg15315404

Try harder.

I provided evidence....it's just ignored....or cluttered over with tons of spammy nonsense.  But, since you requested it personally, I will reiterate it here.

Twitchy admitted to having multiple accounts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236667.msg15655618#msg15655618  Yes, he claims that he had them just to spam the chat box and we could believe him if we thought he were honest.  But then we find this <---(link) where he admits to playing as OHYEAH and TwitchySeal.  So, on further investigation he has, in fact, been playing with alternate accounts and not just using his "tons of accounts" to spam the system as he claims.

He is OHYEAH here:

And, he is twitchyseal here:

One might be able to make the argument that "twitchyseal" and "TwitchySeal" are different names, which they undoubtedly are, but then we find this <--(link) where he wrote an article which includes a screenshot of him playing as "twitchyseal."

I've had good experiences with betcoin. I'm something like 10 BTC up there and didn't have any trouble withdrawing my winnings.

I've also had bad experiences with betcoin. Their customer support is among the worst I have ever experienced. Tickets go ignored for months at a time.

Yes, I agree.  They've had issues but they are learning, growing, and trying to create a good product.  Their customer support may have seemed aberrant at times to some, but not everybody....they've been trolled, spammed, and misrepresented continuously over the last couple years.  They're doing something different here and there's a learning curve to what they're doing....They're very generous and they're not trying to rip anybody off.

Note: Fixed syntax issues in quoted post.

Even though words have many meanings, the antonym of "maximum" is not "free"

When I posted in the forums or played any "Betcoin only" tournaments my name was OHYEAH.
For all WPN tournaments, my name was twitchyseal.

Even though words have many meanings, the antonym of "maximum" is not "free"

When I posted in the forums or played any "Betcoin only" tournaments my name was OHYEAH.
For all WPN tournaments, my name was twitchyseal.

1)  Well, I think we pinpointed the problem. There's a language bearer! Most people educated in the United States wouldn't have a problem comprehending that "maximum price" and "free" are polar opposites and they wouldn't need to go to a thesaurus to figure that one out.

2)  Now it goes from, "I opened multiple accounts to spam chat" (paraphrased) to "okay, maybe I did play under a couple different accounts" (paraphrased). But, you admittedly had "tons of accounts," so when does it end? You were banned for opening multiple accounts to spam chat and now you're butthurt and want to point out every truncation discrepancy, semantic variation, and chat dialogue behavior as  possible to prove that Betcoin.ag did you wrong. And, yes, maybe you were treated disdainfully, but part of that is your own fault. The point is that Betcoin.ag is very generous and they're not trying to steal people's money; they give a lot....Maybe they do treat trolls badly, but they don't have time to deal with them because they have a very demanding business to maintain.

Our findings are very clear that two players are colluding, soft playing and cheating other players. We will always protect the integrity of our poker room and have the best possible environment for our players. Their accounts have been banned and even though neither player has ever made a deposit we are allowing them to keep a small portion of the funds.

We will not tolerate any collusion or cheating at Betcoin Poker and we want you to know that every accusation is taken seriously. We will keep this a safe place to play and work day and night to achieve that.

After several emails with this player and banning the other accounts associated, we have let him play under a strict watchful eye. We believe in second chances at Betcoin and we are watching him and many other players very closely.

It's a little concerning that you don't appear to have replied to any of his posts here. He seems to be raising valid concerns, but you leave them unanswered.

Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?

Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.

Hi Dooglus, it's because we did return most of the btc and we still ran a 10 btc freeroll to thank players for their support on top of returning funds.  This was many months ago and was handled expediently.  Ironically, most of the players were from a prop program which we no longer have, yet most of the players still play in.

No we did not allow those players to play in the tournament but as you may know a bitcoin gaming website creates some unique challenges which we embrace.

We have addressed all of this before and will happily address it again as we continue to move forward.

Thanks guys!

Betcoin Poker Return of Overcharged Rake or Daily Coin Ticket

After an extensive review, Betcoin Poker has been able to pinpoint rake overcharges and is offering refund or daily coin ticket until June 3, 2016.

https://www.betcoin.ag/betcoin-poker-return-overcharged-rake-or-daily-coin-ticket

After an extensive review and research, Betcoin Poker was able to pinpoint the programming error that caused the rake overcharges from 10/30/15-12/9/15 and is providing refunds to players or a Daily Coin Ticket based on the following criteria. If a player played at Betcoin Poker using the 100% rakeback promo, the player will technically owe funds to Betcoin. Instead of taking these funds from the player account, the player can create a ticket requesting a Daily Coin Ticket in lieu of the account review.

Each player requesting a refund of the overcharged rake must create a ticket here: www.betcoin.ag/support. The review of the player account will take up to 10 business days to complete. If the player owes Betcoin funds, the player's account will be deducted those funds, however if the player chooses to accept a ticket in lieu of a review, the player will be awarded the ticket.

"they give a lot...."

Interesting. Would you care to explain the actions of Betcoin in these scenarios, with them allowing cheaters to keep funds they got through cheating, play in a "no collusion" freeroll, and overcharging rake?

They have zero tolerance but then still unban da_killa, who was a colluder? (Also, ignoring all the questions that follow in the thread, for literal MONTHS)

So then I suppose that likewise the antonym of "priced" is "minimum price", am I right? Roll Eyes

No. There's a thread for this stuff and it has been gone over too many times.  Players were compensated, the true multi-accounters were removed, and Betcoin gave a great deal away out of their own pocket during that period.

And, no, people educated in the United States would not conclude that "priced" is the opposite of "minimum price;" however, they would understand the differences between "maximum price" and "free" because those are important terms to recognize in a capitalist economy.  It might be different in an economy based on socialism where "maximum price" and "free" have the same meaning; therefore, there's the language bearer that lead to this misunderstanding.

Why you posting my login?  And, you're a liar....login names do not appear on the tables.  That's why my screenshots demonstrate that me, cjmToo, is the same person in both the WPN tournament playing against twitchseal, and the betcoin.ag tournament playing against OHYEAH....One account, one tablename....not one account two tablesnames for different tournament schedules.  You might be able to lie to those who don't know the difference but those who do know the difference between login name and table name already know that you're liar and cheat.

Twitchy, your misinformation techniques aren't going to work for those who know better.  That article is referring to login name and table name....you login into your account with your login name and you play at the tables with your player name....there is no option available to play under a different name in different tournaments unless you open multiple accounts.  My screenshots demonstrate that I am cjmToo in the WPN tournaments AND I am cjmToo in the Betcoin.ag tournaments while you are twitchyseal on one and OHYEAH on the other (those are just two of the "tons of accounts" you control).  <---The only way that you can have two different table names on the same WPN skin is if you have multiple accounts.  Sooner or later somebody is going to be intelligent enough to see thru all of your lies. Do you even care?

Yes, really.  You're manipulating the truth again. All one has to do is login and try to change their table name in the different tournaments and they can see for themselves.  One logins to their Betcoin.ag account with their user name and then they play at the tables with their player name. Also, if one were to look at my screenshots, they could see that I am cjmToo in both venues while you are twitchyseal in one and OHYEAH in the other.  Why am I not represented by my login name and my player name in the two different venues, like you, if your information is truthful?

Wrong cjmoles.

BetcoinPoker.com has two types of tournaments:

1. Betcoin only tournaments which are in mbtc <---I was OHYEAH in these tournaments
2. Shared tournaments with the WPN which are in USD <---I was twitchyseal in these tournaments.

This is no secret that my screen name was OHYEAH and also twitchyseal.

Here's an example of another player with one user name for Betcoin only tournaments/cash games and a completely different one for WPN tournaments:

Watch Betcoin Poker's isnortbooze Win 8.1 BTC in the 25 BTC GTD in his Betcoin Gear!

Quote
Betcoin Poker's isnortbooze / smssm (WPN table name) continues his impressive in the money finishes winning 8.1 BTC in the 25 BTC GTD and has provided the full stream of the final table!

This players Betcoin user name is "isnortbooze"

When he plays Betcoin only tournaments or betcoin only cash games (like the daily coin or 1mBTC/2mBTC NLHE) he appears as "isnortbooze"

However, when he plays WPN tournaments on Betcoin, his appears as "smssm" (that's why they call is his "WPN table name")

His betcoin username is isnortbooze
His WPN table name is smssm

My Betcoin Username is OHYEAH
My WPN table name is twitchyseal

I've read this thread, but it must be my ADD that's causing me to lose track of WTF is going on.

Can a dispassionate, disinterested, independent, objective 3rd party give us a TL;DR version of this thread?

Mucho obligato.

Edit:  Thanks for the tl;dr via PM by actmyname.  I still don't understand the antonym argument here (freeroll, max price--I'm a native English speaker), but I'm not much into the dice sites.

Words have more than one definition and they also have more than one antonym.
The antonym of "max bet" is "min bet"

"Free" when used in the monetary sense, as in "freespin" means not costly, minimum fee, or zero wager.  "Maximum" when used in the monetary sense, as in "maxbet spin," means most costly, maximum fee, or absolute wager.
To be able to win a "max bet", requires to bet money. And in most cases, it was costly until someone won several "max bets"!

Maybe you missed the theme, but we speak in the gaming sense and not in the monetary sense.  Roll Eyes

The only juridical relevant part in regards to Jasonort's jackpot win is:

Quote
5 jackpot symbols on "max bet" wins the JACKPOT!

And this totally independant of whether the "max bets" were won or paid directly.

Only someone directly from Betcoin would persistently repead his non sensical lies!

No. There's a thread for this stuff and it has been gone over too many times.  Players were compensated, the true multi-accounters were removed, and Betcoin gave a great deal away out of their own pocket during that period.
This statement confirms what I have already assumed, you are a part of Betcoin! Only Betcoin management knows what is paid with what. Customers have no insight to accounting...  Shocked

Why doesn't anybody else have that option?  Why do I have the same table name in both sets of tournaments?  You can see in the screenshots of our games that I am cjmToo in both venues while you have a different name in each tournament. The option to choose isn't even available in my client....I sign in under my user name cjmoles and my table name, cjmToo, applies itself to both sets of tournaments automatically....there is no option to choose between them.  How do you do it?

I don't know why your account is set up the way it is, but I do know I'm not the only one with separate Betcoin and WPN table names.

Why don't you open a ticket?

Summary of this thread so far:

Note: OP is a Betcoin affiliate.  He started this thread over two years ago and basically just spams the same crap as Betcoin does in their thread.
He markets to poker players specifically since he has (had?) a special deal with Betcoin that allowed him to return a bigger % of the fees paid directly to his sign ups.
He tries to convince people he does this because he cares about the future of poker and tries to appear as a valuable asset to the poker and bitcoin community.  When it's time to stand up for the players though, he finds any excuse possible to continue saying nice things about Betcoin and why everyone should sign up for his incredible "rakeback program".
He gets very angry when I respond to his spam with information that players should be aware of before they sign up.
He also gets very angry when I explain to other people that the reason he's doing this is because of his fat commision on sportsbets and casino play on all those 400+ signups (including players that already made one account and switched for the rakeback)

POST #1 (Originally in Scam Accusations):

Xiaoxiao quotes a bunch of randoms praising his "rakeback service" and talking shit about me.  Makes false accusations of my alt accounts and my favorite part:
PS: There's a lot more cases in the past where Twitchy had been adamant that he's correct and it turned out that his assumption was wrong.

A few people stick up for me or ask questions (like who did Twitchy Scam?).  OP attacks them or accuses them of being me.

I ask for explanation on how I "abuse my own rep"

cjmoles and a few other Betcoin sig campaign members answer their call to duty.

Known multi-accounter, liar, DDOS'er, shill, and troll.  Absolutely avoid playing in any poker rooms this player frequents.  Also known to lose all his money on the tables then return to make baseless accusations.  Affiliates and vouches for an advertised thief

Fresh accusation that I am somehow involved with crypto-games and attempting to attack any competition....
This was never about jasonnort, if it was, he would be here making claims, and not a bunch of cryptogames staff using his solved case to try to get rid of their competition.

Off topic debate over Jasonort jackpot begins between cjmoles (who goes into full retard mode) and every else.

OP Returns to thread to make new accusation:

Let's talk about something relevant, that Twitchy is the prime suspect for the constant DDOS at Betcoin

I explain the reason I am a suspect is because Betcoin staff lied about me in this post:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236667.msg15743071#msg15743071
By quoting obviously faked skype logs that were posted on their forum here:
https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

Xiao admits he accused me of ddos attack out of frustration.

I ask him what he thinks of Betcoin lying.

I didn't read most of what you wrote.

Cjmoles posts evidence that my Betcoin username was "OHYEAH" and my screen name on WPN only tables was "twitchyseal"

He tries to convince people that this is proof I was cheating.

I explain and prove that on Betcoin, some players have one name at Betcoin only poker tables and another name at WPN Shared tournaments.  He ignores the obvious truth.

Yes, really.  You're manipulating the truth again.
The only way that you can have two different table names on the same WPN skin is if you have multiple accounts.  Sooner or later somebody is going to be intelligent enough to see thru all of your lies. Do you even care?
One account, one tablename....not one account two tablesnames for different tournament schedules.  You might be able to lie to those who don't know the difference but those who do know the difference between login name and table name already know that you're liar and cheat.
Now it goes from, "I opened multiple accounts to spam chat" (paraphrased) to "okay, maybe I did play under a couple different accounts" (paraphrased).

This is the case for WPN skins, but Betcoin is no WPN skin/partner. They have some kind of a special status.

Here are the WPN partners:

Americas Cardroom, True Poker, BetCris Poker, YaPoker, BetDSI, Black Chip Poker, BookMaker, Poker Host.

Some announcements and things worth noting:

-Table Starter Rakeback doesn't exist anymore.  There is no timetable for it to return.

-Betcoin Sports Book does not offer 2-10% better odds than most sports books.  That's ridiculous.

-Xiao does not offer 58%-133% rake back or have hundreds of "rake-back pros" He also doesn't do this out of the goodness of his heart.  He does it for the Casino/Sports revenue.  (nothing wrong with that, except lying about it)

-And as always, check out BetcoinRakeback.com!

When are YOU going to stop lying?  No one has time to butt heads with you.  Why is it just you and your alternate/internet goons polluting my thread?

Yeah, look at their odds in comparison to other sportsbooks.  You're an unbelievable troll.

I'm not lying.

I don't have alternate or internet goons.

I have looked at their odds in comparison to other books, occasionally you'll find better line there.  Unless you're being intentionally ambiguous when you say "Betcoin offers nearly 2-10% better odds than most sports books!", maybe there's a misunderstanding.  Are you returning any of your affiliate commission to players for their sports bets?  I wasn't calculating that, if so.  Since you said yourself you don't rely on sports or casino commission from players (I admit, I don't believe you, but I'll play along) maybe if you started returning 100% of your sports and casino commission to every poker player you would benefit overall.  I'm sure the players would appreciate it anyway.

600+ players on my rakeback program and only you are trolling me.  I wonder why... and you're not even a player under me.  Get lost.

Betcoin is a cancer to the poker and bitcoin communities.

Stop promoting them and I'll stop annoying you.

More attacks, lies, trolling, making false claims to back up his stance, etc by Twitchy.

I have not lied about anything. Do some research and then thank me for the update and remember to trust me next time.

600+ players have signed up under your affiliate.

over 200,000 accounts on betcoin.  Big numbers, huh?

Yet for some reason they have to give away the tickets to get 20 players in their nightly feature tournament - and even then it often misses the guarantee...

For some reason they are averaging less than 25k hands a day total....that's for all tourneys and cash games, including freerolls and microstakes...pretty pathetic.

What happened to your 600+ signups xiao?  Perhaps they...left?  Perhaps because they are treated like shit and lied to?

I'm just trying to save people the trouble and also try and salvage what's left of Bitcoin Pokers reputation for the day someone capable is ready to get an honest site up and running.

What does it say about Betcoin when you look at their profile?  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=202115

Doesn't seem like the same site that you promote in your thread , huh?
