Known multi-accounter, liar, DDOS'er, shill, and troll.  Absolutely avoid playing in any poker rooms this player frequents.  Also known to lose all his money on the tables then return to make baseless accusations.  Affiliates and vouches for an advertised thief:

I have no Trusted feedback from you scam artist!

The feedback you give to others counts as trusted for you.

This thread is the "Beware of TwitchySeal" thread and I'm trying to keep my response to Xiao from getting buried.  Who know's, maybe he will respond?

I've responded to your JasonOrt jackpot posts here

Xiao, will you have a reasonable conversation about this?  Where you address my responses as I have addressed your points?

I never mentioned this user Aftund nor do I hold what he says with validity as he's shown a lot of inconsistencies.  My point is that YOU are unreasonable and irrational with the way you attack, bother, annoy, and troll.  Furthermore you attack people for having connections to your enemy.  You use guerrilla warfare tactics in the forums, which makes you extremely confrontational and disrespectful to those that shouldn't be your enemy.

I'm addressing your accusations directly. In your opinion, what do you think the chances are that I have ever ddos attacked Betcoin?

I understand you don't approve of how I handle what I consider "serious issues" with Betcoin.  However, most or all of what you've accused my with in this thread I am 100% innocent of.  Furthermore, Betcoin has gone out of their way to fabricate the evidence you are using to attack me with.

I have not fabricated anything.  I have been honest.

Ask me anything reasonable, I will answer it directly.

I understand you don't like when I respond to your threads, but as long as you keep spamming promos and praise for Betcoin (and don't lock the thread), I'm going to keep responding to make sure the new sign ups you're targeting or anyone else is informed.

I've already responded to you in my altcoin thread that you spammed.  What I posted just shows you're a prime suspect based on the chat room.  I've already talked to Betcoin about Ajundftd.  They had no involvement in his accusations or the pics he's posted.  He has tendencies to make rogue claims based on what I've seen.

Irregardless, just because you're not the culprit of the recent DDOS doesn't mean you're not disrespectful or inconsistent with your "scam alerts".  You hold vendetta's and use guerrilla tactics by attacking everyone related to your enemy.

Thank you for responding.  So, you don't think I am the ddos attacker, right?  Just to be clear.

I'd also like to point out a couple things from your chat.

1) blingbling911 knows it was not me.  I assume he was asking because he doesn't think most people really I am the ddos attacker either.

2) I know who ThatsMean is on here, and I assume you do also.  The guy hates me and goes off on anyone who speaks ill of betcoin.  Xiao can confirm this quote is from ThatsMean which should put things in perspective:
Quote
Also dooglus pulled one of the biggest scams in btc history with the justdice fiasco.  So LOL at being a "top trusted member"

3) Michigan1 is a well known scammer who get paid off by betcoin regularly despite his constant scamming of other players and betcoin.  He's been caught cheating and and not banned.  One time he even lied to support about missing 1400 chips he won in jackpot and created a scam accusation thread on btctalk with a screen shot in play money mode. Betcoin decided to pay him 500 chips to delete his post on this forum anyway

It's obvious to anyone that ajund is simply trying to get as much as he can out of Betcoin and has no problem lying about them or anyone.

I don't know for sure if they explicitly told him what to say about me.  But somehow he got it in his head that trashing me would make them happy.

This is the second post he's made about me with 100% fabricated chat logs that had absolutely nothing to do with:

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

After he posted the thread, Betcoin went back and edited his post to embed the images of the fake chat log.

In the comments, you can see other players pointing out that it must be fake because:

A)On my real skype account (i no longer use skype) there is a space between Twitchy and Seal, but not in the screenshot.

B)Typo

Betcoin was aware of all the information above and not only did they leave the forum up and paste quotes of it in chat (which you used as a reference)

They also accused me of being the ddos attacker on this forum quoting the fake logs!

From their sig campaign thread: (now locked so unable to quote directly)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236667.msg15743071#msg15743071

Quote from: Betcoin.ag
In response to a number of you who have asked about negative trust and still being a member of the Betcoin campaign, we have clearly learned that trust ratings are completely irrelevant here and you will not be removed from being a member of the Betcoin.  To that end we will be opening this campaign up to members that have received negative trust for dubious reasons ie: negative trust given by untrustworthy members of the community.

Also, for those of you that actually think TwitchySeal is trustworthy or noble enjoy the following article:

Highlights stated by TwitchySeal:

When talking about Betcoin "you might have to mix lies with the truth" in order to discredit Betcoin

TwitchySeal: Let’s try to spam the player chat from our different accounts today

TwitchySeal: Just tell players it’s a scam. Try to get 1 on 1 contact and bring them into individual chats on Skype. We’ll tell them about SWCPoker (We don't believe SWC is involved)

Twitchyseal intentionally DDoSes Betcoin:
TwitchySeal: Savage what’s the update on RouterSlap? (DDoS service)
Savage Coin 6: It's working but we're gonna need a new alternative soon
TwitchySeal: Okay make sure you pay the RouterSlap people

Fortunately most of you are so much smarter than this which has enable us to continue to grow and provide a great service.  Stage 9 coming soon!

https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below

Consdering all of the above, do you think it's possible they asked ajundftd to create the thread?

This is one of many examples of why whenever I see someone promote Betcoin as a great site because they offer WPN tourneys or fast withdraws, I feel obligated to try and make sure anyone who reads it is informed of their history and reputation.

My point in explaining the root of the whole "TwitchySeal is a ddoser" thing is to show that you are either being manipulated by Betcoin or intentionally spreading lies about me.

Betcoin is currently untrusted and had their bid to advertise on this forum rejected by Theymos due to negative reputation.
Beginning this week, members who promote Betcoin will likely receive negative trust for doing so.
Go watch their forum and chat room if you're interested in reading about payout delays and other issues with sportsbook.  Read their trust feedback if you want to know what a scummy site they are in general.
How about players that DDOS other sites and other people's connections get negative trust?  Stop DDOS'ing people dude.

I've already explained where my anger and frustration came from.  I didn't read most of what you wrote.  However there is another thing that I'm sure you may be aware of, which is that a manager has stated that part of the DDOS attack came from a close associate of yours.  If that is true, than I'm sure you should know about it.  If it's not true than please ignore.  Also I'm not dumb enough or morally corrupt to spread lies about someone.

BTW- ajundftd does go rogue when it comes to photo shopping. He's done it towards other users and Betcoin as well based on what I've seen.

@xiao, will you please read what I wrote.

they blamed ungod for the DDOS attack as well as me.   I think this may be what the manager was referring too.

I haven't spoken to ungod since I quit using Skype but I would bet everything had on th e fact he has absolutely nothing to do with any DDOS attack against anyone.

read what I wrote above, you will see why you should not trust what betcoin management tells you. especially if it has anything to do with me.

@OP

I'm sure people can tell.  But, thanks for posting.

There are laws against Stalking/Harassing/Defaming, etc that applies to online as well.

You might want to pursue that route, instead of forum posts?

2) I know who ThatsMean is on here, and I assume you do also.  The guy hates me and goes off on anyone who speaks ill of betcoin.  Xiao can confirm this quote is from ThatsMean which should put things in perspective:
Quote
Also dooglus pulled one of the biggest scams in btc history with the justdice fiasco.  So LOL at being a "top trusted member"

I never got a chance to respond to his allegation when he posted it in the now-locked rackback thread, here:
  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=683727.msg14433154#msg14433154

He wrote:

Quote
Remember that one time that money was "scammed" and cashed out from your hot wallet without review and then you stole it from your investors? Maybe that's the scam I'm talking about. If I remember right it was 6 figures of btc. I was an investor and I did not get a dime back. But good fairy tale story therr dooglus...

He's talking about a time near the start of Just-Dice where a big investor/player requested a withdrawal of 1300 BTC. That was more than was in the hot wallet so I processed the withdrawal manually from the cold wallet, but forgot to debit his account, so there was still 1300 BTC in his balance that didn't correspond to actually existing Bitcoins. Over the following hours while I was sleeping those 1300 BTC were lost to the site. At first I was going to take the loss myself, and pay the 1300 BTC out of my own pocket to make the site whole again. But a group of investors convinced me to roll back the bets that were made with the 1300 BTC that didn't correspond to real coins, so that's what I did.

The net result for investors was that the 1300 'fake' BTC was split between them, and then it was taken back away from them again. No investor lost anything as a result, and a few were sneaky enough to withdraw their windfall before I rolled back the fake bets. They got to keep their bonus coins, which I paid for out of my own pocket.

A mostly accurate story about this whole situation hit coindesk not long after it happened:

I think he is doing whatever he can to "get his coins back",  even if it means spreading lies about Twitchy and others. We saw a similar thing recently with JasonOrt (the big jackpot winner) - it was pretty clear that he was pressured into saying nice things about betcoin in order to get some small part of what he was owed.

Jasonort didn't win the jackpot....jasonort's claim was that he should have won the jackpot because it wasn't clarified anywhere that "freespin" wasn't equivalent to "maxbet spin" on a bonus round.  If the jackpot was won, it would have dropped....it didn't because "freespin" does not equal "max bet" in the coding.  Claiming that he did win it is a misrepresentation of the facts because the argument was that he should have won it because it wasn't explained that "freespins" didn't qualify as a "max bet."  Try to think about this objectively: what if there was a similar instance in one of the games at moneypot where a player claimed he should have won the jackpot because the rules were ambiguous....should the investors pay the player anyway based on the player's subjective interpretation, even though the event wasn't coded into the software?  If the terms were ambiguous enough to create conflict, should the moneypot investors request the terms be clarified to avoid similar conflicts in the future?  Either way one slices it...."free" and "maximum" are antonyms and not synonyms....so the interpretation was more of a reach than not.

Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)....that's deception.  He also photo-shops images....that's also deception....he consistently trolls and manipulates the facts to meet his agenda.  Are we trying to be truthful and objective here or are we bandwagoning to suit our interests?

I disagree with most of the things you wrote there. I could go through and reply line by line but I've seen others attempt to do that and it doesn't work out well.

I'll dip my toe in the water with your most obvious incorrect statement:

> "free" and "maximum" are antonyms

The antonym of "maximum" is "minimum". You really cannot believe that those two words are antonyms. Can you?

Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)....that's deception.  He also photo-shops images....that's also deception....he consistently trolls and manipulates the facts to meet his agenda.  Are we trying to be truthful and objective here or are we bandwagoning to suit our interests?

I don't think Twitchy ever claimed that the rules for one game were the rules for another game. If he did, perhaps you could quote the post where he did so. Making all these accusations with nothing to back them up adds nothing to the argument. You say he multi-accounts, he says "only to chat and post", you let the thread drop, but go back to accusing him of multi-accounting. It's the same with each of your accusations. You accuse, he defends, you ignore his defense and go back to step 1. Try harder.

I've had good experiences with betcoin. I'm something like 10 BTC up there and didn't have any trouble withdrawing my winnings.

I've also had bad experiences with betcoin. Their customer support is among the worst I have ever experienced. Tickets go ignored for months at a time.

There are laws against Stalking/Harassing/Defaming, etc that applies to online as well.

You might want to pursue that route, instead of forum posts?

Who exactly should he sue? The anonymous Betcoin or the anonymous Xiaoxiao or the anonymous cjmoles?

cjmoles is likely someone from Betcoin directly:

- He persistently spreads lies and defends Betcoin

- His posts are usually large, but someone who just want to get paid, would try to make shorter posts, just to get the money

- He persistently attacks accounts calling out the truth about the Betcoin scam

Would be not surprised if Xiaoxiao is as well deeper connected to Betcoin. He is the only up to 133% rakeback affiliate here on bitcointalk. But usually other people would do the same, especially if you consider that they have an army of over 50 promoters. But affiliate would be unike more lucrative, especially for lie experts like cjmoles.

So why only one affiliate?

In  the Full Flush Poker scam, How Quaint/kahntrutahn, who has deeper ties with this scam, is also the only one who is allowed for P2P transfers, so he can buy balances for cheap.

Xiaoxiao has also the same behaviour like cjmoles and he also log threads like Betcoin do...

Words have more than one definition and they also have more than one antonym.  "Free" when used in the monetary sense, as in "freespin" means not costly, minimum fee, or zero wager.  "Maximum" when used in the monetary sense, as in "maxbet spin," means most costly, maximum fee, or absolute wager.  So, yes, I do believe that "maxbet spin" and "freespin" have opposite meanings and, therefore, they are antonyms and not synonyms.

This is what I said: "Twitchy misrepresented the facts by mixing terms associated with other games (Greedy Goblins) into the argument with the game in question (The Glam Life)."  And here is the proof: https://bitcointalk.org/index.phptopic=1517648.msg15315404#msg15315404

I provided evidence....it's just ignored....or cluttered over with tons of spammy nonsense.  But, since you requested it personally, I will reiterate it here.

Twitchy admitted to having multiple accounts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236667.msg15655618#msg15655618  Yes, he claims that he had them just to spam the chat box and we could believe him if we thought he were honest.  But then we find this <---(link) where he admits to playing as OHYEAH and TwitchySeal.  So, on further investigation he has, in fact, been playing with alternate accounts and not just using his "tons of accounts" to spam the system as he claims.

He is OHYEAH here:

And, he is twitchyseal here:

One might be able to make the argument that "twitchyseal" and "TwitchySeal" are different names, which they undoubtedly are, but then we find this <--(link) where he wrote an article which includes a screenshot of him playing as "twitchyseal."

Yes, I agree.  They've had issues but they are learning, growing, and trying to create a good product.  Their customer support may have seemed aberrant at times to some, but not everybody....they've been trolled, spammed, and misrepresented continuously over the last couple years.  They're doing something different here and there's a learning curve to what they're doing....They're very generous and they're not trying to rip anybody off.

Note: Fixed syntax issues in quoted post.
