Has this glitch ever been abused? (Not a real glitch)

So let's say you have a Jr member account with the potential activity of hero/legendary. Couldn't someone just make a topic in off topic, and post 700+ replies in one day and become hero, then delete all of the posts before they get reported. Or do it in one of those boards of another language.

Deleting posts removes it from post account and then activity, so no that can not be done.
