I much prefer the GCC and Saudis... There are no bs in Qatar about installing giant facilities, no trouble what so ever. Of course issues like freedom of speech according to my fundamentalist ultra American constitutionalism isn't applied there... But what the fuck they aren't (yet) signatories ;-). And what I like is that they don't pretend. Their countries, their culture and way of life.
