Don't waste your time. It is a stupid file hosted on fileice.net... one of those "Complete this offer/survey to unlock the download" type sites...
The OP wants you to download it and PM him the text code inside the txt doc to prove you downloaded it. However, all you will end up doing is clicking pointless links and running through about 34578917598 pages of advertising and "free" offers... All that does is give other people, like the OP, their affiliate $$$ for your clicks... and, no surprise, the download will NEVER unlock... regardless of how many offers or surveys you complete.
You'll notice that not ONE person has posted here saying how easy and quick it was to get the code from the txt file they are supposed to download... Because I'm pretty much 100% sure, no one has managed to download it
Thanks for this detailed description. I suspected that it is either something like you said of well masked trojan or some other malware.
That is why when someone is not giving enough information in OP and instead want to deal with you via PMs only something sketchy is going on.
