There are some things about cryptocoin that is funny or unbelievable and this coin is just one of them, it has large total supplies, huge premine, small community and still it has big value

This may be because DEV is only selling or supplying small premine amount to users and market. I think the one who operate powerhashing are the same guys behind ADCN right now, huge premine and huge supply better to not get into this hype. I have bought this on peak few weeks ago but thankfully able to sell them for small loss now.

you can't mining ADCN using CGminer if you have low hardware.

The ADCN community seem to be growing of late. I can see the price move up quite steadily and its stable as well.
However, the supply of this coin is pretty big and the dev might dump it at will for easy bucks. So that's the biggest risk with this coin.
A lot of rumour doing the rounds but not quite sure how this will move up fast, especially with the big chunk of premine being with the developer.
