Can you please look in to my support ticket #13925  ? I made transfer of 93 ethers from bitstamp to liqui and its showing that ethers are deposited in liqui address.

But even after 10 days i cant see it in my account balance.

Can you please look in to my issue?

Those guys won't respond on this thread and on the ticket raised.People are waiting for months for their money.Didn't you check this thread before making a deposit on liqui? It's almost like losing the money.No one knows when you will get it back.

My suggestion to whoever uses this exchange, stop it right now and move on to another exchange like Binance.Don't use until these issues are sorted out by liqui.

I am posting this to BitcoinTalk because I have a month-old 100+ BTC withdrawal at Liqui that they have not processed yet. I highlight that I have used Liqui for some time and they have been great -- this is the first time that something like this happens.

Liqui, if you are reading this, the withdrawal ID is #270313. I have opened several support tickets, and have had only one reply, incorrectly saying that no transactions are stuck. However, I can right now in my screen the transaction with the status "Processing", since September 16, 2017, when I asked for the withdrawal.

Hopefully, someone from Liqui will read this and help me withdrawal my BTCs.

yeah the interface is still really bad.
it only shows the last 30.there is no on page trade history.
i mean for ex you sold 3000 mgo you have to get backto to trade history to see it.you cant see it in mgo-btc trading page which s ridicilous if you ask me.
i wish they look at tidex and learn sth from them.
tidexs volume is 1/3 of liqui but their interface is number one in industry.

I wonder where the usually very active liqui staff went? I remember back when they were doing their first giveaway to advertise their exchange they were extremely active. Now, they are nowhere to be seen.

It's kind of ironic that their name is liqui, because i think that they may be suffering from liquidity issues and thus support is worse than usual as well.

Don't think anyone's seen any sort of response from them since the start of September at least. If anything goes wrong, you can't depend on customer support.

That's too much money.We all are struggling with our money stuck with some unknown scammers, we don't know how to follow up and get this issue sorted out.These guys keep listing new coins on their exchange and are not even bothered to check either their Twitter account or this forum.Looks like a scam report has to be raised and the liqui account has to be tagged, so people know about their scams and stop using the exchange.

does anybody also experiencing a withdraw issue.
i am trying to withdraw waves for the past 2 days and it keeps saying "unable to verify address".
which is ridicilous because the address is correct.
i am able to withdraw other erc20 tokens but waves i cant.

    Probably lost, 10eth sent to Liqui.io hot wallet, not my eth wallet.

    When I deposit 10eth to my liqui wallet from imtoken, I wrote the wrong eth address.
but I am sure that this address is the sending address from liqui service when i withdraw last time.
    I have submitted a support ticket about five days ago. But no response so far.then I contact them
on Telegram. Unfortunately there was also no reply. Can i get the 10eth back? Please help, my ticikets is #15587

I did a deposit/withdrawal of some eth tokens and it was instantly done within a few minutes.So I suppose there is some delay from liqui side for all the withdrawal issues recently reported but I do believe you all should be receiving your tokens soon.

looks lie the wthdrawl issues are slved at the moment.
i had several witdrawls past 3-4 days and all has concluded in minutes.
but the interface is still shit though
it has been months fix the trade history already.how can be that hard really.

I have USDT withdrawal. There is transaction ID on Liqui but no transaction on blockchain which means no money was sent. Support doesn't answer. Not very nice. Hope this will be fixed soon, but the number of complaints here and on twitter don't make me very optimistic.

Maybe it is correct as you said.Someone with 100 BTC was facing the withdrawal issue for a month and never heard back from him.The exchange is targeting some users with the high amount of money and delaying it for their gains.
