I have been waiting for some currency to deposit into my alternative wallet and have been waiting for some time now. The coin is ERC20 so I dont see why it would take this long. I have submitted a ticket and am yet to recieve a response. Is this normal? Also, what can I do to resolve this issue.

I have a similar issue today after withdrawing some Taas, the transaction id provided does not show up anything when searched on etherscan.I will wait for a day and two if this is fixed else will raise a support ticket.

I transfered ETH from Bitstamp to Liqui ETH address 4 days ago and it is still not showing.

On Etherscan it is showing as successful?

However, I believe it could be because Bitstamp passed it through a contract and Liqui will need to manual credit.

My withdrawal was confirmed the next day as liqui used less gas fee and it took more than 12 hours for this to come up on the blockchain.They surely are doing their job but a bit delayed.

To continue using it, please solv the ticket #27380.
As you can see in the screenshot below there is the problem with the withdrawal #540346 the Txid 0x37693d8071bc0b1ac1cccee98695f1c0b0d46ec05cca9457f2357862b87ad0e1
is not found by the blockchain.
The TRX Tokens have destination address  are never reached.

Try to tweet to their handle as it is the only way you can directly contact them for tickets.They were sluggish with the withdrawals earlier and had cleared up the queue and again seems to be the same problem and may be a shortage of support employees.

Just heads up for people that want to use Liqui. Know that It can turn very bad for you if you choose that exchange.

Usually I am very patient, I understand that all exchanges have issue scaling their services to much bigger number of customers, however this Liqui exchange is ridiculous.

I have made ETH depost (0x08b050891c4c21c64e91c7c408f54964b2d257b98b3788bcfe462d5ec9aa84c0) on 9th of January and 13 days later, I still do not have it. I have opened a ticket, however the response I get is that they have asked for tr. ID although I have already provided them to them. At that time the token that I wanted to buy SRN was worth 2 USD. Now is 3.20 .

Meanwhile by that time I feel very brave that this is just temporary issue, I have also deposit BTC and the transaction went fine. So with one word you can have luck, but if something goes wrong do not expect issue to be resolved easily and fast.

Still I hope for positive resolution and if there are updates I will post them here. I have also twit them as suggested here

I'm waiting for 15 days now to get me withdrawal from Liqui!
I asked to withdraw 8911 BMC tokens, and the status is "Pending" and "Processing"
They didn't gave me and TXid, they are holding my coins without any way to cancel it!
I opened about 10 ticket to them, They answer every 4-5 always the same answer.
They are giving me a Guide how to press the "Report" button and promising that it will be fixed in 72 hours, but I told them that I did pressed the "Report" button 2 weeks ago!
Every ticket I wrote them the transaction ID, the Report ID, and all the details.
Also told them that I did PRESSED THE REPORT BUTTON. but always giving me the same answer! (to press it)

Not sure what is going wrong for you, if you see my earlier replies I had no issues with them and even yesterday did few  deposit/withdrawals and it went fine without any issues.

so it can happen to anyone.
since they are understaffed if someting wrong happens in the automation system,it takes a really long time to fix it manually.

by the way do not create more than one ticket for the same problem.
you are slowing the process for you and everyone else out there waiting for a reply from support.

and i heard that they are ignoring all of that users tickets on purpose if the user creates more than 1 ticket for the same situaton.
so the guy who says he created about 10 tickets about his withdraw can forget to get any replies soon.

Unfortunately I have the same issue with deposit ETH from BITSTAMP.

Bitstamp uses contract transfer, so it is internal ETH transfer. This type of transfer is Liqui not able to process. The ETH are on Liqui ETH deposit address, but not credited to your wallet.

THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE!

The worst is that my support ticket #25312 about this problem is processed for 18 days(!) without any reply.
