I think they are referring to preev.com because their rates are not too far from it. I don't question and doubt coins.ph rates.

Because they need to earn too to maintain the websites profitability and able to give us services. I don't want coins.ph to become bankrupt.

It is really helping us for our earnings with bitcoin for cashing it out.

Coins.ph rate is kinda higher than preev(which is good if you're converting from btc to php) but its pretty close.
