San po ba mas mganda mag cash in sa 7 eleven or sa cebuana sino po dito ung nkapagtry n po sa cebuana magkno po ang fee sa cash in.kasi po sa 7 elen pag 10k and up ang cash in malaki ndin po ang fee.thank po sa sasagot.
parehas lang naman ok mag cash in sa dalawa, pag mababang amount sa 7-11 ka kasi mas mura, pero kung libo ang icacash in mo sa cebuana ka kasi fixed ang fee dun na 40php lang unlike sa 7-11 na percentage bina-base ung fee. |

kunin mo lang yung wallet address ng coins.ph account mo at dun mo isend yung funds mo kung magsesend ka ng pera. hindi naman ganun kahirap intindihin yung app nila kung babasahin mo or iintindihin mo kung paano sya ginagamit. |

Pwede po bang ibalik yung cash in throw btc address directly.. so much expensive kasi when converting. Where same as pinoy... itatag bandila  Bakit mo naman ibabalik, hindi wise na gawing trading platform and coins.ph dahil mas malaki ang buying value nila compared to the standard pricing, the moment mag convert ka into PHP dapat next thing to do cash out na yan. lol CONIO! hahaha! "so much expensive kasi" tiba tiba mga exchanges at trader sa inyo  |

For all account concerns and issues, its best to contact them directly via their email support or via their facebook direct message. hoping for an answer in the forum will take weeks if not will never get an answered at all. Coins.ph will never backread this thread to check for account related problems |

I have no time to scroll for the topic i am looking for,so sorry about it.
I just want to ask why my BTC payment in signature campaign is already converted into Php.
Is it a normal set-up or there is a setting in coins.ph that i unintentionaly change.
The first week i thought it was because of log..but this week it is again converted into Php.
But i never open my wallet during that time.
Can someone help me what to do to correct it,or to any rep of coins.ph online pls. enlighten me about this.

Look strange hindi pa ako naka encounter or nakarinig na ganyan reklamo saka wala naman settings sa coins na auto convert subukan mo sila contact mismo sa app. |

When you use your PHP wallet address to receive bitcoin, you will NOT receive Bitcoin but PHP Equivalent based on the current buy/sell price of the BTC that you will receive. its not advisable to use our PHP wallet address as our receiving address for BTC-BTC transaction since we will incur more fees and much more expensive |

Level 3 na yung coins ko pero bakit may limit ang pag convert ng php to btc? Bakit 400k lang per month? Masyado atang maliit ang limit ng conversion ng php to btc.
Ayan yung bagong patakaran nila. Pagkakakaalam ko kasi ang pag convert yan din yung pag cash in. Kasi nga madaming umaabuso sa ganyan kaya mahirap na mag convert convert sa coins.ph Pero sa cash out naman nila okay parin kasi 400k daily. Di naman siguro abuso yun. Sa totoo lang napakalaki kitaan ng Coins sa buy and sell na transactions. Balita ko pa nga ubos palagi bitcoin supply nila. Napaisip tuloy ako na baka nilagyan sila ng limits under Philippine law. Oo ganun na nga din nangyari kasi nga regulated sila ng bangko central kaya pala nagbago yung limit nila per month. Kaya kapag magwiwithdraw kayo kada buwan wag lalagpas sa 400k pesos para pasok parin at safe sa AMLA. Kapag lumagpas at umabot ng 500k+ doon na kayo masisilip. |

Oo ganun na nga din nangyari kasi nga regulated sila ng bangko central kaya pala nagbago yung limit nila per month. Kaya kapag magwiwithdraw kayo kada buwan wag lalagpas sa 400k pesos para pasok parin at safe sa AMLA. Kapag lumagpas at umabot ng 500k+ doon na kayo masisilip.
Its actually safe to withdraw anything below 500,000 pesos. Only those transaction that above 500,000 are reported to AMLA for checking. So for each transaction don't do a transaction above 499,999.xx to prevent bank to report your to AMLA for further verification of the source of funds. you can do 499,999 today and do another 499,999 tomorrow no problem or issues at all |
