Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

4) We believe that 700 BTC it is a realistic goal to achieve and we are optimistic about this. But in case of failure to reach that goal, there are two possibilities as determined by the community at the time. 1) Carry out a second phase to raise the remaining amount or 2) launch Opair with the final amount collected but in that case some of the initial features will be cut. The mode of voting will be on our slack. So far we have talked to several and most preferred option 2, so that's what will probably happen. Edit: I was wrong before. I  put option 1 when it was option 2.

I recommend a combination: Launching the coin with a MVP as a proof of work. And if the software and the code positive tested/review by the community, the whole discussion about who are the developer will be much less important and it will be easier to collect enough capital.

And the team can use this time gap to establish a legal entity as they promised. Makes a second ICO much more serious.

When the ICO is over will there be a wallet directly available?

And the debit cards are a great idea, also for that will there be needed some corporation with mastercard or visa? Or just opair debit cards and retailers will need a separate terminal for accepting them?

I Think they should just launch the coin the features will be developed over time and never be ready at start, so if they launch the coins with the initial features and keep working on the next features, as soon as the coin go up they can make a donation page.

If the coin will go up in value i think they can easly get some nice amount of btc with donations.

Cutting features will be awefull to the coin and a waiste of its potential, but rome wasnt build in one day and people will contribute if you show them your serieus cause that eventually will increase their value aswell.

Hi,

Mrboot and Iudica, we know that the two features that highlight in our project are the use of functional programming and decentralized debits cards, which both go to be our two main pillars. We are going to focus and develop these characteristics no matter how much funding we get.

When the ICO is over will there be a wallet directly available?

And the debit cards are a great idea, also for that will there be needed some corporation with mastercard or visa? Or just opair debit cards and retailers will need a separate terminal for accepting them?

1) Look the point 2 here:

2) Well, a few days after (less than a week) the ICO ends will be available a basic wallet to make the distribution but our platform will take a while to become available. We hope in the first month (at first we said two weeks because we thought we would accomplish our goal of 700 bitcoins. With current funds, all dates are being reviewed. We are also optimistic to reach our goal in the final days.) to launch the first open beta.

Quote
-   Since we are working on code from scratch, we are going to offer a basic wallet (after the ICO) which will migrate to the new platform when ready.
Quote
-   As we said throughout the thread, the idea is to launch a basic platform shortly after the ICO ends to start the distribution and, at the same time, try out the first Beta versions of our new platform. Once we have our first stable version we will transfer everyone to it on a pre-set date so as everybody is on the loop and no one is taken by surprise. The mining will continue on the new platform taking into consideration the stage found under the rules set it in here. We estimate that we will have the first public Beta two weeks after we finish distributing the ICO and the first steady version two months after the ICO. It may seem like a lot of time at first, but in order to achieve a solid and steady development it is truly a short one. Fortunately, we have been working on this project for months now and our expectations are high.

2) No, we are not going to need any third party and retailers will not change their terminals. Take a look and let me know if you have any other questions:

  • Decentralized debit cards

Debit cards were in our minds since day one, for it is one of the preferred payment methods of customers nowadays and we aim to mass market adoption, so this goal may not be too surprising. The idea is to eliminate all the intermediaries in the process in order to save time and money, and also the unwanted consequences that brings centralization (frozen accounts, delays, usage of our own private information, etc). Note that it will have disadvantages such as if you wish to create and load your own cards you will need to have a particular hardware. On the other hand, there will be lots of payment terminals/point of sale terminals that will receive a special update with a custom firmware made by us in order to accept our debit cards (this will happen with payment terminals/point of sale non- EMV compatibles). In most terminals compatible with EMV (for more information about EMV visit: http://www.emv-connection.com/emv-faq/ and https://www.level2kernel.com/emv-guide.html) will work without any problems but you can still use our firmware to have advantages like counting with Opair´s branding or offer high performance.

Our final goal it is that any person can create their own debit card, anywhere, and a few moments later, carry it out and about without difficulties. We would like to be the firsts in launching this feature that we will be seeked and cherished in the near future and as we are an open source project we would like to share it to all the community as we understand this philosophy as a benefit that benefits the community as a whole. This will also allow growth, improvement and usage from other projects.

Considering we are just 4 days before launch, I must assume the "basic" wallet is ready. can you post some screenshots of it?

@YIz, what they said is that the wallet is not ready and not be ready for Saturday but it will take a few days (less than a week) to perform the launch.

Nice respond, i hope get profit with OPAIR soon!
If you just invest into altcoins to quickly sell just after the ICO , you will likely not get anywhere. Try and understand altcoins and invest for the long game.

More like huge losses/. If you invest in a ico invest in a winner with a known dev.

Who is the dev of this scam?

Where is his introduction video?

Where are his social accounts dating back 10 years?

EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THIS THREAD IS A BOUGHT ACCOUNT.

I am bringing up real concerns and not one person try's to address them.

SCAM!

I must say that indeed the profiles look weird and untrusted, but the escrow with sebast makes me much more calm.

All escrow means is that the devs will deliver a working blockchain or they wont get paid. Unless I missed something and there are more steps involved in the escrow.

I invested in ETH and made money, WAVES, made money, JEWELS made money, NXT made money, BTC made a lot of money!
Follow me and profit.

ridewithme, SebastianJu is the escrow, who will releasing the funds by parts, not all after seven days we make the initial distribution (as happened in all previous processes). We did this to create an extra layer of security.

As far I know, in the first place he created "FrankOpair" but he did not like the username and decided to create a new one (OpairFrank). The first account never was used.  Grin

How much deposit so far?

If i check the ICO address then it is 65 BTC https://blockchain.info/address/3JCsw5ZxyqdZqXTZa42225LakRdqgJqQck

Is this correct?

In fact the final result will be 65 BTC + 7 BTC (bounties for the signature) and that will give a price in sats for the ICO investors.

How will the distribution for the signature works? Will SebastianJU do this? When will we know how much coins we will receive? Did you already contacted exchanges for listing?

That's only the escrow. They've received over 136 BTC overall: this https://blockchain.info/address/1MtzCZpBLqmLNSEjoAxbLv2zCcAvrKyHm9 + .5 BTC not sent through the opair website. They will have to pay 7 BTC and maybe 2 BTC to escrow so they should have 127 BTC or $70k. That should be enough to produce something decent if they're serious.

70k$ is much more than enough to produce something good. Considering how much cost an indian developper services for 1 year...
