Two possible, mutually exclusive scenarios: 1. A big buyer decides it is time to join the fun, buying the wall and a lot more. 2. We hover below 69 for a while, as we did below 50 untill the 12 hour SMA catches up, which so far has been a quite consistent signal. This may take a day or two, and given the approaching weekend it may even take until monday before we continue. Better go back to the blackboard I guess. 71.8 is correct, I can confirm that my calculations (which have been made independently) are leading to the exact same number, after 71.8 price will drop again. Time is difficult to guess (and not so important anyways) but price is right. |

It will hit $70 today, but in all honesty, I want it to stop so that Litecoin can catch up! I have all my cash in LTC for that rise a week or so ago, and didn't sell when I should. So, now that bitcoin is gone silly, Litecoin is retreating, and I have to wait for them both to catch up again!  I would guess that $70 + is the maximum for a few days, but with all the bitcoin in the news as a potential fix for Cyprus, its going to attract some new money - and the whole pattern gets changed again! |

It will then continue to rise again and stay above $70 in a more stable manner from mid-day tomorrow.

Do you people think there is only one guy out there with 2+ million USD to burn who wants some bitcoins now at market?
Do you people think these guys that are buying 2 million USD worth of bitcoin in one go are going to daytrade it?
Not I. Nor I. What I'd really like to know, is what's happening on the dark market. If this kind of money is showing up on Gox - how much is buying in dark? And think about it: an off-Gox discount is at market, an hour or two later. No. No daytrading here. This money is serious. |
