The original DAO hack which resulted in the creation of ETC? If so have a look at his address: https://gastracker.io/addr/0x5e8f0e63e7614c47079a41ad4c37be7def06df5aSo far he was last active since the end of 2016, so idle for about 2 years. He got some funds out by Shapeshift but they started to taint those coins and probably the rest are unspendable since they are flagged on almost every exchange. |

ETC stands for immutability at smart contract level. Of course ETC devs should apply greater efforts to prevent POW attacks.. change algo, turn to hybrid POW/POS or smth. unique move. They are smart people. See most of the potential coins are migrating POS model in order to generate gas for their transaction but we don't know how far this POW model will work. We need to wait and see the price of ETC will be in the next year. |

not literally, it was a prediction that with ETH going POS, than ETC will gain for sure more mining support and in that way become more secure and harder to suffer an 51% attack again I doubt so. There are too much mining power in the world relative to cryptomarket size. ETC mining has little room for profit, it can not accept additional miners in big amounts. |
