Increased the interest to 2 BTC

Instead of the 75 btc loan mentioned here > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155667.0

I'm just going to convert the remainder of my 27 btc wicked lasers loan to a mtgoxusd listing.

<edit>Just going for the difference between incoming and outgoing payments on btcjam. I'll rate lock that .. </edit>

https://btcjam.com/listings/2957

Thanks Smiley

Do not want to burst your bubble but I very much doubt you will get any interest at that interest rate.
I appreciate your situation and I am in the exact same and working to do the same as you - but I have had to agree to anywhere between 4% per month to 10% a month to get my BTC loans consolodated into USD.
Your interest rate is really not very attractive at all.

It's mainly for people who have already invested in the other wicked laser loan to jump to this one and get their other investment plus the 2% a month interest back in full early. They are getting $70 bitcoins in exchange for their $15 ones. That's interest enough. Smiley I'll see how this goes and if I have to relist it will be 2%+ a month most likely.

People loaned in BTC, their returns are in BTC. It doesn't matter if BTC goes to $1 million each, because they'd have made that much (minus the interest you're paying) by simply holding BTC.

If you want to hedge against further BTC increases, buy calls on BTC..

https://btcjam.com/listings/1049 is the original loan I'm trying to convert to usd. The original investors will get 100% of their investment back when the new listing funds .. the new investors will be protected against a bitcoin crash and I'll be protected against the raging bull market. I don't really need the 75 btc loan funded since I have pending payments from other users coming in which makes the raging bull market their problem. There is a point where the raging bull could force people to default. This is new territory for some of us who are not experienced traders. Smiley

As far as the buy calls tip is concerned .. I'd need to get a BTCjam loan to do that anyway .. so I feel like just filing a mtgoxusd locked listing does the same thing..
