I tried 2 calculators:

1) litecoinpool

2) bitcoinwisdom

As you can see, there is a large discrepancy. Any ideas why this is so large? I thought perhaps 5-10%, but this is a factor of 2.
Same difficulty, same USD/LTC price. Same hashrate...

I don't see your electricity figured in on the second one!

I didn't add electricity to either one, this is just RAW hashrate at current difficulty/price.

When you enter in a value in Watts into the first image, you get additional output column which shows the electric usage and a reduced value. Not having a value is equilivant to 0.
Just give it a try and you will see the difference.
The second image doesn't allow you to enter Watts anywhere, so it's RAW hashrate by default.

Even if I entered a electric value in the first calculator, it would only serve to widen the discrepancy by reducing the number which is already 2x lower than the second calculator.

Bitcoinwisdom has not updated either their Litecoin or Bitcoin calculator for when the block rewards halved for each coin. So it is assuming 50 LTC blocks, not 25.

Ah, that explains the factor of 2.
Thanks
