Ethereum pool mining is a mess

Hi, Ive posted a thread earlier telling problems of eth being sent to my wallet but not being shown but can be seen in blockexplorer as seen here (https://etherscan.io/address/0xA216031Ca6746Ab40B5bE103db21F3Bd117b5815) Basically that 0.5 i cant touch, its gone but i dont know where it just doesnt show up.

So anyway as a text ive sent from dwarfpool another 0.2 and its just vanished into thin air, heres the transaction (0xf65a55c20a8c973814fb65b91d28e317db1bd6e609d53270acaf82226e8650f6) which as seen here (https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf65a55c20a8c973814fb65b91d28e317db1bd6e609d53270acaf82226e8650f6) isnt even recognised on the blockchain.

Whats going on? is it just me having these problems or is eth total fucked?

This is mining from dwarfpool btw.

It's not ETH itself - I've gotten a few payouts in the last couple days that worked fine, mining from ethmine.org's pool.
Might be a Dwarfpool-specific issue?

Any ideas how i might get access to that 0.5 eth thats shown in the blockchain? I dont know whats happening with the transaction thats not found since it shows up in dwarfpool. At least i know it looks like its just me though or its a dwarfpool specific problem.  No one seems to have an answer to this so far.
