First, I'd buy one of those cars from wikispeed:

I liked the suggestion of setting up exchanges for expats who wire money back home, so I'd give one ATM to the latino center here in town.
In reality, if I had 10,000 bitcoins but had to spend them right now I'd buy as much food and non-perishables with the bitcoin as I could, use the remaining ~$700,000 worth of bitcoin to buy gold and silver (75/25 between goldmoney.com and physical bullion in a safety deposit box) and honestly probably just go back to living my life pretty much how I do now, with an eye on early retirement. But I'd probably travel more.
