I am having tough time to reach support at cavirtex.  I cannot login due to 2 step authentication which I did not set!  It's been 24 hours and I haven't gotten a response on these ticket #s

Ticket #   Create Date   Status   Subject   Department   Phone Number
843552    11/21/2013    Open   Second Step Authentication ...    Support
833785    11/22/2013    Open   I am having tough time loggin in.    Support

I cannot get a hold of someone over the phone either.  I just deposited 72 hours ago.

I hope I can get some HUGE leverage. Bitcoin price moves and volatility are way too low for me. We need to get some excitement in this market!

I totally agree with this statement and have been using them since they opened as well.
