The good thing about bitcoin is that transactions are not reversible so you won't have the issue with stolen credit cards and charge backs.

There is no way to prevent fraudulently aquired coins from hitting your casino though. But since the one that owns the private keys owns the coins, I don't think you will be liable for people claiming stolen coins are on your casino.

You should make sure the withdrawel system is bug free, so people can't place withdrawels that are worth more than their balance.

Bitcoin supported casinos required one confirmation at least at deposit which makes double spend almost impossible. What many casinos are suffering is abuse of promotional offers like no deposit bonus where multiple accounts damage them. I don't see anything else than this issue. There are lot of good anti-fraud system which can help them resolve this issue by detecting them.

Apart from this make sure, none of the games are giving away wrong edge than what they are supposed to. A few sites have done this in the past. Make sure the person who developed the script did not have a backdoor built in of any form.

Some Bitcoin casinos used to allow instant deposit which enabled the users to gamble the funds before it gets a confirmation. The user can deposit and gamble the coins, if it wins, confirm it. If not, send a replacement transaction and you would recover the funds. Casinos gradually realised this and forced the need for a confirmation for deposits.

Bitcoin casinos also needs to ensure that the active seeds are not leaked. If it is leaked, users can predict the results accurately and potentially win every time.

1st thing is that they should check the system regularly if something is broke could be fixed soon,

2nd ly they should use a certified script of make their own as many script scams are going on these days.

Also i wanted to say protection against Double spend but nvm it's already told.

If these things are kept in mind i am sure The gambling website will be safe.

What bitcoin casino should do to avoid fraud in their system ?

Are you honestly worried about the casinos security ? That their problem. You should be far more concerned for your own security while playing there. There are way more cases of casinos lying and cheating players then vice versa. Unless of coarse you own a casino in which case honour and honestly rule supreme.
