Lol, I thought this post meant that difficulty was about to increase by 6 million. But I see it's only ~4 actually.

I thought that too . Right now it's predicted to jump from 31256960.73 to 37474856.93 (i.e. a 6217896.20 change) with only 14 hours left, according to http://dot-bit.org/tools/nextDifficulty.php.
