I've found this to be somewhat brutal, and did not see the settings indicated in the tagged admin post in the tails/tor settings menu. Seems as the tor servers rotate the time on the forum isn't necessarily appended to the user time unless one keeps posting. Any specific recommendations for tails? Thanks in advance...

Tor has nothing to do with it. You have to "do something" (make a post, read a thread, even just refresh the page) every 15 minutes for your "time logged in" to increase.
