1000 POW blocks with 4500 Atha per block
means 4.5M Atha after POW and the dev has 40M premined plus the 4.5M from POW, since he was the only one having the wallet until now.
The explorer shows already >3000 blocks and the only one capable to get all those POS blocks is the dev again.
