I, Digigami would like to sell 125 of my ASICMINER shares, which are currently registered to the bitcoin address 1DigiBTCX4ciE3cWFwhyqqLWLiXXV2UToD with which I am also signing this message. You can verify this address recieved the appropriate dividend payments for 277 shares in total as of last payments. If further verification of ownership of these shares is required, I will request confirmation from friedcat.

I would prefer to sell these shares in a single transaction, 125 shares for 0.8BTC each, totalling 100BTC. Trusted escrow is acceptable, buyer is responsible for any associated fees. If no party is interested in the entire 125 shares offered I will re-list in an action format.

(****'s are part of signed message) not sure if that is customary, as I have not used this message signing system much myself.
If someone would be so kind to confirm the message verified correctly that would be appriciated. Thanks.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I have received and accepted an offer for these shares. I will keep the thread open should the purchaser or our escrow require public communication on the matter, and then will lock it once the transaction is complete. Thanks.
