Was hoping to reply to this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=156364.0 but am too new to do so.

There's a reddit thread regarding the need for people experienced in PR which I posted in and was then referred to the topic above. I'll leave my reply here and if you guys can use me, great!

I'd like to offer my services to help with any of this as needed. I'm a graphic and web designer and also have a decent background in PR and marketing, getting articles on Mashable, TC, FastCompany, and many more. A few days ago my book was even on the Joe Rogan Experience. I've given talks in parts of the US and in other countries. Those have been about Shamanism, Open Source Religion, and Personal Mythology, but I have a decent amount of experience and am willing to make appearances and speak if needed.
I think most people who've heard me speak or debate will tell you I'm very articulate and assertive. You won't see me getting pushed around by overbearing naysayers.

The caveat? As much as I adore Bitcoin and would absolutely love to help represent the movement, I'm a little rusty on the technical details. That said, that's what pretty much every PR experience is like...you go into someone else's company, get them to feed you all the details, talking points, etc, and weave that into a cohesive campaign for public consumption. So personally, I don't really see this as much of a downside. All I would really need is to hook up with a few of you who consider themselves well versed in Bitcoin.
