Could it be they have decided to start staking user balances and cannot process withdrawals, so the wallet is locked instead..? Seems likely in the current scenario

Less than 12 hours after that blog post, they have suddenly, after two weeks, opened wallet for withdraws and delisted coin immediately

The fuckery is strong. User beware

Fact: c-cex ico funds are released early to some devs, allowing them to use your money to buy more of their own coins prior to ico ending
