If you're sending a reversible transaction, you should send first. I may consider supplying you with some coin. All PP funds are sent from a bank-linked account right? No credit card fees to worry about?

My payments are not reversible. Lots of poeple around here claim that it is, but I know for a fact that I can not reverse my payments. I had someone not send coins after payment and could not charge it back.  At this point I have enough trades and online feedback that I have proven myself. If you need references I can provide them thanks.
