You could try with localbitcoins, because it gives access to different methods of payment option. You can easily find traders accepting PayPal, but you might be getting low amount as they levy huge commission amount compared to direct trading to USD or other Currencies.

I never heard that localbitcoin accept paypal as payment processor.. Do you know how much they are asking to buy bitcoins or minimum balance to buy bitcoins?

Decided to end it with zer0 profit.

Basically its near impossible to get btc with paypal on this forum, are there any sites where I can exchange pp for btc? I've used paxful and lbtc before, fees and rates are so goddamn high, that's the reason I came on this forum.
Bro I Suggest You That Don't Buy Bitcoins With Paypal Because PayPal Can Easily Be Reversed By Anyone So That You Can Get Scammed By Anyone Easily So I Suggest You That Be Careful in Doing Transactions With PayPal.....

i personally never use paypal in my life time and that is the reason that i have no idea about that, i think bitcoin is too much expensive therefore you should avoid and use some other source for buying bitcoins.

I guess the cheaper option would be to open an account with Cryptonit, get verified by submitting your ID, then you have the option of adding funds to your account via paypal.
You can also do the same thing at coinbase.
The two sites require ID verification after which you can buy bitcoins or any other crypto they have.

There are few ways to transfer funds from paypal to a BTC wallet and they aren´t cheap, since I don´t use P2P exchanges, I only will show some alternatives I have been using for awhile.

********* USD from paypal to a BTC wallet using VIRWOX (AKA THE DISGUSTING WAY) *********
It takes a lot of steps, at the end of the process they reward you with an insufferable 24% commision and they keep some money thanks to their "minimal" tradeable amount policy (which is brilliant if you are the Virwox owner)

********* USD from paypal to a BTC wallet using UPHOLD/AIRTM (fees are so close to virwox but hey! they use smoother web interfaces) *********
you have to use uphold and airtm accounts together, three pros: 1) paypal works with airtm and airtm works with uphold, 2) You can fund/withdraw fiat money from/to your bank account and crytocoins wallets, 3) You can create your own wallets within uphold.

Now the steps and the math:
1) SEND USD from paypal to airtm (fee 21.5% + 0.30)
2) SEND USD from airtm to uphold (fee 2.5% + 0.30)
3) within uphold, convert USD to BTC (fee 1.05%)
4) SEND BTC from your uphold wallet to an external wallet (Network fee 0.0007 BTC)

as you can see, both methods takes a lot of steps, they are relatively secure and high fees

There is other alternative but it is in development yet

Stop using paypal and use airtm because you can receive/send or fund/withdraw fiat money using a very long list of sources including your bank account and soon crytocoin wallets, this last part is what I waiting for, because in the next future I will receive all the USD payment from my customers in my airtm account, convert to BTC and send to my external wallets.
