way more then 16 spots in that raffle. I wouldn't have spent that 50$. The odds were like 1 in 78,000!

It takes a great risk taker to win big as the higher the risk, the higher the return... Imagine the chance of winning which is the slimmest of all... Anyways congrats to him his ability or attitude to risk paid off eventually let's hope he didn't gamble the island out thinking he would win a country... My 2 cents...

The raffle would have been a bit out of my price range but the odds to win were pretty good if you match them up to like US state lottery odds.

Yeah I was just thinking the same thing, even if the cost to enter was high, I think that guy who spent 150 USD thinks it was worth it now!
