Finally some good news,raiblock was a good project and i am ready to participate if there is any crowdfunding program 

Hi, seen the bad result of the previous project we decided to not go on with a crowdfunding because we perceived that people is not ready to risk money on this project.
That's the reason we decided to move for one/few big investors.

People will support and invest in this project what they don't like is devs that abandoned their project after getting the funds,this is has been the case on so many altcoins I believe once the project is rolling they will invest and support the project..

I think the previous fork was business sustainable too but community was not ready to risk their own money. So that's why the way of one/few brave investors is the best one.

100% depends on investor confirmation, after that 3-6 months community will be able to get and use a wallet (testnet maybe, but i hope for mainnet).

Of course RaiBlocks has techincal/community potentials tha the original RaiBlocks project developers did not get.

I very like this fork project and I don't want to miss the opportunity of make something good and business sustainable too.

I think best solution is dynamic (may be payment not every hour, but 2-4 times a day).
Also no halving, but smooth decrease (4-6% monthly).

If he was back I did not start a fork. Unlucky for all holders he seems has left it without saying a word. That's why we are working for it, cloning funds giving to all RaiBlocks holder a second chance

Well of course some sort of cut in supply should be in place eventually otherwise the inflation will be too high so some sort of halving or gradual decrease is a must IMO.

A dynamic hourly (or other period) distribution would also be necessary I feel so the emission rate (therefore inflation) would be transparent and predictable.

With a fixed reward we would hardly know how many new coins are created by spamming the captcha.

Dynamic reward seems the most appropriate. There is to think about halving or not, we'll see
