I've built a web app that automates Twitter Bounties called PromoPlugs.
You define the actions to track, and Promoplugs.com records the payment address of anyone who records them into an exportable form for easy payouts.
Benefits of using PromoPlugs vs other methods
1. We've got a blacklist of duplicate Twitter accounts that were used in past campaigns. This helps assure only one bounty is claimed per person.
