Question for the manager, rep or anyone who has done it before: Are any of the tournament tickets that we get in the sig campaign bonuses transferable?

Currently tickets are not transferable i got this message directly from the campaign manager however in past he was able to transfer my ticket in a rare case.
Due to some security reasons they cannot do it now but ,hopefully he told me that Betcoin.ag is working on this.

In a way I still wasn't paid this month... kinda bad experience from stage 13... 13 I guess...  
First over 18 hours of wait for the transaction to be released of betcoin and now 6 hours + and the TX is hanging unconfirmed... what happened? You where always very quick with withdrawals. Someone made a mistake or is this a network problem?  

edit: TX was confirmed this morning. Longest confirmation for me so far
