Better go to side and talk to Support they have online chat option hope they will look into this issue for you and give you very quickly and positive response no one going to help you here on this thread with this issue

Just wait a little longer there are back log in the network but if I we're why dont you try to accelerate your transaction mentioned from post above's link viabtc. I'm sure it will be a big help.

Hi. I should turn in to hero member today , please update my status accordingly.
I'm on my way to swap signatures appropriate for my account.
It is a tiny bammer that another bonus reduction have happened (avatar) have you guys considered payment to be fixed in fiat$? Not much difference, cause you still control all the stakes/bids but could save on some bad news for participants and probably on managers work. Just throwing ideas, I'm still more than fine with current rates.
