regarding price I cannot make assumptions, but I do think ANC could have a better liquidity due to the fact that ANCs are being constantly consumed and generated

I don't see any rebuild database option, my wallet is synced but I don't see any balance, send/receive option, nothing, just like it was when it was not synced. There's nothing under assets either (there shouldn't be anything there though).

If I'm not mistaken, "rebuild database" option is present only in the desktop wallet, If you are using the web wallet then I think there is no such option. For the rest I don't know ...

Let me do a little sum-up

missing balance: rebuild index/database, not needed for web wallet.
sync slow or no sync for web wallet: 90% of the chance plz check your connection.

bounty bounty bounty: new bounty registration deadline was almost 2 weeks ago, you know what that means and we had countless talks over the issue back in the past 2 months. You cannot just come to us and claim you are eligible for bounty anytime you want. What about 22 years from now when all ANC are created? But you can, however, write an email to davidli@onchain.com to explain your status and he'll check out your status (in case you are a good honest bounty hunter who did register though not enough information)

ANC is not really trading in that exchange I mentioned, little market depth. Though it could be optional with more holders getting interested.

There was a guy earlier that was offering to claim them on your behalf and then send them to an exchange.

I could do it too, but honestly, I'm not comfortable claiming your ANS. If something where to go wrong I don't want to be responsible.

But look back, just a few pages and PM the guy that offered to claim for people. I think he's already done it a few times and can be trusted with your PK.

Just make sure that you have the latest version of the wallet, that you have downloaded the entire blockchain and that you have followed each step on the claim page. There really should be no issues from there, and if there are, send an email to the ANS team. I did and I got a reply fairly quickly.

No need to jump to conclusion or start spreading false FUD just because you have not followed the steps correctly. There's nothing right now pointing towards the ANS team trying to steal funds.

for this issue we would suggest upgrading your chrome or try Microsoft edge, not sure if there is one for MAC, no safari maybe not supported
but your balance is quite safe as long as you see it on antcha.

the "synced wallet" situation could be wrong, or your imported another priv key. check again
but the main issue here, 70% of the chances I'd say it's MAC compatibility and 30% connection

also a piece of advice since I sense that a lot of adopters here are not really familiar with Bitcoin wallet, I mean a real wallet, not an exchange one.
so I need to give everyone a little headsup:

when you transfer, the wallet will likely to send all the balance out of that origin address, partly goes to target(recipient address) and partly, as CHANGE, to another address in the wallet. This issue was found on the 2nd day of the mainnet launch by someone here.

so: do not tamper with the addresses in your wallet, and make sure you backup the wallet file periodically.
a really bad example, possibly, was discovered recently, that a community member sent a part of his ANS out (a big amount), and the remaining part went into another wallet address (even greater amount), and seems that he deleted that address.........
