I find that Antcoins show as unavailable.  In order to make them available you need to send yourself your entire wallet balance (from and to the same PC wallet). They then show as available for claim.

Got my coins from Bittrex. Almost all of them. Made a backup from my wallet and restored it and it worked perfect. Now i can sleep with a good feeling.

Just one more question. if i send more coins to my wallet in the next weeks do i need to make a new backup that includes the added coins or can i now just use the current backup file forever?

Official response from Bittrex regarding ANS fees:

"1) We can't have 0 fee transactions. That is just asking for a DoS. There has to be a fee associated with a withdrawal. Sorry, but its a fact of life.

2) We tried to make it 0.2 , but as always, people do things like withdraw 1, which in turn tries to send 0.8 to the daemon, which will then hang the worker cause you can't send out decimals - There is a reason to why we do what we do and its never to get extra fees; we make money from you trading, not from you withdrawing. I've lowered it to 0.35 for the time being to see if we can avoid users hanging the workers.

3) The system is designed to support 8 decimal places across the board, the daemon does not+. There is nothing we can do to stop users from withdrawing y.xxxxxx. Please do your part to educate the ecosystem of what to do.

4) If you want ANC, please feel free to withdraw your ANS. It's really that simple. We have no plans to support ANC at this time.

Thanks, richie@bittrex

[EDIT] to answer the question, the difference between .2, .5, and .35. Our minimum threshold for withdrawals is at least 2x the tx fee. Which means if someone enters 1 right now, we will flag it as "withdrawal too small" and never send it to the daemon because 1 < (2 * .35 + .35). When its lower, say .2, someone can enter 1 and the system will accept it because 1 > (2 * .2 + .2) but we will try to send .8 which will hang the sending process."

LOL, it's a hint alright. It seems like a long wait until Antcoins will be used by anyone. I'm re-buying antshares around 30k sats.

Then you will not be buying any ANS/NEO at all. As if Bittrex defines what ANS/NEO is worth. In two weeks time the Binance exchange will be listing NEO as well and it is an international exchange with extremely low fees. Once the rebranding is officially complete other exchanges such as Poloniex will almost certainly be picking up NEO to list it as well. Its volume, especially for its size is massive. There will also be another conference coming up, so to expect a massive drop is wishful thinking.

I have some old ANTCOINS which is continously staking until now for months now. Is there any way to have at least worth from it?

I know ANTCOINS are linked to ANTSHARES but I don't have idea how the system is going on.

I think those ANC may be worth $.75 now or so, but may be much more valuable in the future. More info: https://www.reddit.com/r/Antshares/comments/6j2zw5/everything_you_need_to_know_antshares_vs_antcoins/

So currently , ANC doesn't traded on exhanges yet?

Well since I have nothing to do with my antcoins, better hodl it and saved. Who knows it will become valuable in the future. Smiley

LOL is that a joke....30k sat it will never go down to that price again ...If it did it would not be worth buying because only a critical code issue would cause that price drop

and as companies like Alibaba are using the Tech developed by ANTSHARES I doubt there is

Yes, I will be dreaming Maraofacoma panic dumping because he held ANS too long and did not take profit at all. I know you bought around 20k sats. I made huuuuge profits on this and I will buy back your tears.

Has there been any official update on the June release? Are we on target?

Thanks

Definitely on target. The Chinese insiders know exactly what's happening.

Congratulations for the coolest pump yesterday! I get such a great profit.

It's just a test pump. Wait for the real one. Don't just check Yunbi or Bittrex. Watch out for Yuanbao. Mark my words.

Yes, because this a coin many want which is why it is up an impressive 30% in the last week while most other coins are down 30%. Antshares is essentially ETH for China, since China always like to support it's home grown products it has a great future. It is hard to predict the next few months, but a couple years out this coin could be worth hundreds. Plus you can earn ANC/NEO just by holding it - essentially 10% free interest.

That is something you have to answer for yourself. You have to calculate what you think NEO/ANS will be worth in a certain amount of time and then decide what you would be willing to pay for it at this point in time. I always would be wary of trusting anyone's advice on the internet with your money. Always do your own research. Of course with any investment the key idea is to buy low and sell high, but you have to figure out what a realistic low price is and a realistic high price is. In case you set your buy price too low, you might risk not being able to buy it all. In case you set it too high, you might lose out on profits. If you are an investor, you should be able to trust in the fundamentals or not invest at all in case you do not trust the fundamentals. Never buy something in which you do not believe yourself as an investor. In case you are a daytrader, you might want to reconsider daytrading as you will likely get taken advantage of by other daytraders if you have to ask for prices.

I posted the Bittrex response on the previous page. The minimum withdrawal might be 1.35 ANS/NEO assuming Bittrex still has a 0.35 ANS withdrawal fee meaning you would get 1 ANS/NEO in your wallet. It seems the withdrawal amount should be larger than two times the withdrawal fee and not be rounded down to zero as ANS/NEO are indivisible. 0.8 ANS will be rounded down to zero for example when removing them from the exchange.

No, you should not need to do anything except possibly download a new client version when the time comes. It is still exactly the same thing whether it is called ANS or NEO.

It would appear that the target date for the rebranding of the website, communities, media platforms, client, whitepaper and trading platforms is the 24th of July. At the end of the month probably more effort will be put into the cooperation with other developers to build various products onto NEO.
