ETC to $100, when?

It's very difficult for ETC to stand on even just for $50. Probably i think, middle 2018 there will be a change. As yet few online services or gambling sites that use ETC. ETC enthusiasts are less crowded, still less competitive with newly emerging altcoins.

That is right. The Bitcoin price did not drop a lot in the last few days. It could be good for other coins as well.

I can bet, even if the price of bitcoins fall to 4k dollars, still its holder won't be in any difficulty but I cannot say the same for altcoins holder with the exact certainty. BTC price is sort of fluctuating and no one knows what will be the lowest price before it gets stable.

That could be right. But the price difference between the ETH and ETC is widening.

ETC had almost low fluctuation in the market, I think it's hard for they to compete with the other altcoins. In addition ethereum was almost same interest like ETC that's why raising up of ETC to the market was affected too much.

i think if etc want to 100$ need a long time .. because it's very difficult .. in my mind etc born when eth happening hardfork so for price follow eth but under price eth ..  it's like price btc with bch .. where price bch only 10% in price bitcoin .. so if etc want to increase .. see eth price when it go to the moon ..

All this can change overnight, and fact that this is original not copy is something that we must present in every talk about ETC and ETH. This one should be 10x upper instead of ETH.
I think that some things will be changed in 2018, and one of the first will be returning to basic principles of crypto currencies- decentralization.

I think, there's an opportunity for etc to zoom as high as it does on bch. Maybe mid 2018 we can see etc go towards $100. Hopefully that happens, because etc including coins are also interesting to hold.

Ethereum classic illuminated version of ETH for giving best alt from the spliting like bitcoin BCH. ETH is not decreasing in the value wise now. We need to understand ETH potential will grown more than bitcoin in this year. It reaches growth rate 360% in this year alone.

If you are expecting that this value will dips to 100$ you are fool to not investing now because price rate bump to 500$ in some months.

ETC was not in focus for some time and price went down as a result, of this neglecting by whales, who were busy with BCH almost whole August. It is right time for investing because bottom is reached, and as you can see on Bittrex somebody accumulate. For a short term this can double your invested money, to investigate more if you are uncertain. We are at 10$ currently.

I have never ever underestimated the strength of ethereum but I have also never ever overestimated its potential. As compare to bitcoins, ethereum is negligible. It is not that I am a die heart fan of BTCs, it is what fact says. Bitcoin has shown the most progress until now and no other digital currency can beat the king in this regard.
However, ETH and ETC both will rise up soon but not as much as digital gold.

ETC is growing quite well. May not be equal to ETH brother but always appreciated. I'm sorry I did not keep it !!!!  Perhaps ETC will soon reach $ 50 this year.

ETC is trading below 11 dollars and I do not see a reason for the coin to go almost 5 times in price, the market is not bullish at the moment and there is almost no news that could give that kind of push to that coin, unless people stop believing in ETH I do not see ETC reaching that price anytime soon.

Etc climbed till 900k satoshi a few months ago which means around 36 usd today. But because it didnt raise organically, the price went down under 300k satoshis. I hope we can see smooth demand raises in the near future.

I dont think it will be this year.
It is possible but not quite sure when.
If ICO is still running then ETH may be needed and price is similar or higher.
