This article clearly has its dark purpose. Unknown Maxim from St. Petersburg on the basis of whom such serious accusations against KIBO Company was built, then the very same article suggests that there isn’t any violations and fraud in this issuer. And a quote from the article: "Therefore, in the isolated situation with KIBO, it’s all okay in legal terms". Why, then, so hardly write about it?
No links with a video of the conversation where Forklog takes comments. Why? Here is it for you
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zfnT9Y29hY It is obvious that the video hide inconvenient for the magazine facts. For example there is no word about that this video has a correspondence in which a pair of trolls agree to ruin KIBO ICO and confirmed that Forklog would help them with it. Is there any explanation of this? And we can clearly see the result of this assistance: 2 articles marked FEATURED.
The conclusion is also interesting, where summed only claims some of which are false. The settlement didn’t mention any word that the company is completely legal, and works on Swiss law. I note this isn’t some sort of offshore zone. There is only negative information. Not emphasized that they found out that KIBO is not a pyramid, but only a project that uses MLM mechanism. As was mention by one of our users on Slack channel: “Elon Musk is using MLM to push his solar panel business at Solar City - because it will move a lot faster with neighbour selling to neighbour taking commissions than it will any other way.” Based on Forklog findings, he is also building a pyramid?
Thus, if we sum up all the claims to the project that Forklog emphasizes, they can be divided into the following points, and almost all of them is convincing only by a stretch of imagination. Also note that the magazine sums up just the claims and not results and facts. Once again I draw your attention that some of them false. Read the points.
1. “Past connections of the Miller brothers and Kibo partners with MLM-related projects and proven Ponzi schemes.” Respond: there is a connection with MLM projects and no one denied it, this experience was the base for KIBO constricting.
2. “Lack of information on developers and team members on the project’s official website”. This information is false, at the time of publication part of the team have been already available on our website for 2 days, and Forklog was aware of that. Here is a link
https://kiboplatform.net/en/team.html3. “Lack of published source code of an operational and secure smart contract.”
https://github.com/alfredwoooden/kibo_central This is an outright lie. The article said nothing about central and storage KIBO contracts that were published on Github even before the start of ICO. And these despite the fact that many projects are launch ICO without publishing a single line of code.
4. “Fundraising with a regular Ethereum wallet. Money is indeed stored not in a smart contract, but get redistributed via the contract on an Ethereum address.” So do 9 out of 10 companies that launch ICO. Why there is nothing about this fact?
5. “Using multi-level marketing methods and approach to promote the project”. Yes, and this made possible to currently have 4,800 branches that will develop KIBO. Is it bad for the project?
It’s obvious that this article is intended to ruin KIBO ICO but to their disappointment, there are people who read not only Forklog. Current results ICO enables us to provide a strong start that will happen regardless of ICO results. I want to remind you that ICO will continue for 30 days. Over 500 KIBO PLATFORM was purchased yesterday. These are people who understand what we are doing and see the same great opportunity as KIBO team.
