My bitcoins are lost

I sent bitcoins from deepbit to my mybitcoin.com account address. However i did not receive it. Is there something wrong.

maybe your local transaction data is not up to date (it should show like 130266 blocks in your bitcoin program).

or maybe the transaction is just not processed. in your situation i would just wait a few minutes, most likely everything will work out correctly.

There is a slight delay involved.  Im not familiar with mybitcoin.com but transfers to mtgox.com take only a few minutes to be completed/confirmed

I had around 2BTC on my computer 3 days ago. The computer had some problems and I had to reinstall the OS. Now, when i installed Bitcoin again, i got a new wallet, am i right? So the old bitcoins just.... dissapeared?

Just restore your wallet.dat backup.
