Basic Coder needed for a simple bitcoin faucet

I need someone who will create a bitcoin faucet like these sites:

and ETC. I want them to have a 23 Hour cool down period, so there will be no spam, and a captcha.  That's pretty much it.

As a reward I will allow you to have 1 ad space for 1 month, advertise whatever you want there. Child Safe, of course.
